The food is so good! I would recommend the pasta with alfredo and a meatball. The only thing that we didn't love was our server. They seemed rushed the whole time. Overall, this is a good restaurant.

Ordered sandwich for myself and another to go to bring home to daughter. Both sandwiches came and were not the right sandwich. Sent back for a re-do and when they came back corrected the fries were so salty they were hard to eat.

Ordered food for delivery and got it and food was made incorrect called to complain about it. I told Tom the owner it was supposed to be a cheeseburger with just ketchup and mustard and I received a burger with all toppings on it no cheese. He said he would make it and resend it to me it took almost 50 minutes to get to me 5 blocks away. The new burger was also made incorrect and the assistant manager gave me attitude because they cant make customers food correctly. It's not hard to make a plain cheeseburger people with down syndrome at Burger King do a better job making food correctly. Plus they charged me for a additional burger that had to get refunded. I will never order from here again food was awful

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in distant memory. While we were seated promptly, we had an incompetent and inattentive server. Server provided incorrect information about specials. Forgot to put in our order. We had to ask about the status our appetizer after about 30 minutes. Multiple other tables ordered after us and received their meals 5-20 minutes before we even received our appetizer. Server never offered to refill water. Server did not bring out kids drinks with the adult drinks (there was a 3-5 minute lag). No bread was offered to the table until we saw other servers offering it to their tables and we had to ask. The server told me incorrect information about the beer. At least one beer on the menu apparently was substituted for another beer that did not appear on the menu. I ordered one beer that the server mentioned, and when it arrived, it was clear it wasn't the beer she said it was. When the bill came, I found out it was a completely different beer than what she mentioned and was one not listed on the meni. No box was offered for leftover food. We waited for over 15 minutes to receive our bill and had to get up to ask for it. Server asked to run our credit card prior to providing the bill. It was a good thing we checked the itemized bill, because another table's drinks were on our tab (in addition to our own).

Stopped in for dinner after finding out granite city had a 35 minute wait. Got seated right away and they had a great special for a free bottle of wine with purchase of 2 entrees. Great food and service. So glad we bailed on the wait at GC.
I'd never come to Green Mill before, but with a recommendation from my boyfriend we stopped by before doing some shopping at the mall. I was excited to see the variety of things on the menu including pastas, steaks, pizzas, you name it. I got the fettuccine Alfredo which was nice and creamy with a pretty healthy sized portion. Nothing super special about it, but it did come with some bruschetta (just the tomato mix) that you can have on top. The deep dish pizza looked really good too - nice and cheesy with a thick crust. Overall, a good time. I would come again since I really enjoyed the pasta dish, and next time I might try the deep dish pizza myself!

My girlfriends mom ordered a bloody marry and said it tasted like watered down tomato juice and asked for something to spice it up. Waitress came back and said they had run out of the mix and that's why it was that way ( we were still charged for it). We asked for ranch that never came. There were at least 3 fruit flies buzzing around the table at once that we had to swat out of our faces while trying to talk. Then when we were done we had to wait so long for the check that we had to flag someone down, despite it being pretty slow in there and having a manager and a waitress both checking on us infrequently throughout our visit. Then after we got the checks we started to consider going up to the bar to pay because we were left waiting again. Food was good, but the flies buzzing the table are a real appetite killer. I wouldn't reccomend this place at all.

Party room area was cozy but with plenty of room. More coat hooks in the party room area would be nice since it was a tight fit between chairs when people were sitting in them, and winter coats were easily knocked off chairbacks. Our server was absolutely fantastic and we had pizzas- great crusts- no complaints.

Pizza was cold and the salad was iceberg. Which is just fine. But they charged 8$ for a side salad. Two cherry tomatoes. And ONE slice of cucumber. And NO croutons.
