Their food is delicious! The staff was so nice whenever we went. I miss this place so much and routinely check to see if they're open again. I will be devastated if corona shut them down forever.

SUPER friendly staff welcomed us like family. I came here before they closed temporarily. Their food here is awesome. Super fresh, good variety but not too overwhelming when it comes to selection. Individual hot pots are a wonderful idea. Everyone can have their own so you don't have to worry about dietary needs, tastes, or allergies. Their vegetarian plate is so diverse I tried tofu skin here for the first time and never knew I needed it so much in my life! They have a sauce bar so you can even try different things with your hot pot. Every time you visit can be a whole new experience of flavors! I can't wait for them to reopen. I check weekly to see if they're back.

My favorite place to go on a cold day! I hope it stays open as I love coming here in the winter. ??

They have fantastic pho in addition to their hot pots. With the hot pot, you get individual hotpot, with the broth and fixings. The pho is nicely done and tastes great. The secret is in the broth for both, as they obviously spent the time and effort to get it right. Highly recommended.

Those people are Not friendly at all . the mean lady there seemed irritated we were there. It was really an uncomfortable experience. Never going back.

Probably the rudest host/cashier I have ever met in the Twin Cities. I walked in to make a simple to go order. I ordered a bubble tea and was rudely told: You have cash? I said yes, and then the host barked at me: what do you want? I said a bubble tea, we cleared up the specifics. She took my money and then said, Go sit down, while she walked off. To top it off, it wasn't even good. I would never set foot in this place again.

This is the first hot pot place I've ever been to. I really like to be able to cook my own individual bowl of noodle soup and have the choice to add different meats and vegetables. There is a sauce bar that you can also add different oils or sauces to your soup (just be careful you don't make it TOO SPICY on accident). I think it's decently priced for the portion you get. They also are apart of the Har Mar mall so they have pretty good parking and I assume if their single bat

Thai broth was AMAZING. My brother and I managed to BOTH leave our credit cards on the table and one of the employees chased our car in the parking lot to give them back to us. Great restaurant, and very sweet to us couple of dodos. :)

This Vietnamese Hot Pot spot is okay. When we entered, we were hopeful! The inside is well-lit and clean, and we were greeted and seated by a nice server. They offer not just hot pot, but also pho, some small bites (spring rolls, dumplings, rice cake), bubble/boba tea, and rolled ice cream. I was also happy to see the make-your-own sauce station for dipping your cooked hot pot items. We went with just hot pot. There are only 3 soup bases to choose from, and you cannot get a split pot. The broths are: Thai, pork bone, and vegetarian. We chose the thai and pork bone broths with a seafood combo and a beef combo. We assumed the pork bone broth would be savory and naturally rich/creamy, but it actually just tasted a little sweet, tangy, and thin. My Thai broth was aromatic and a little sweet. The combos were pretty standard featuring protein and a good amount of fresh veggies. I wish there were more hot pot side orders like meatballs, sausage or spam, tripe... After tax and tip, our hot pot + 1 shared Sprite ended up costing $20 per person. I overall would like more broth and side options, and maybe I just prefer flavorful Chinese hot pot instead of Vietnamese?

First time here. I love hot pot. But this was a disappointment for me. First of all, I was told no refills on the broth so to lower the stove. I haven't been to a hot pot place where they don't fill up your broth when it gets little. Sauce bar didn't have much varieties either. Options were really limited. I was hoping for a spicy broth, but none. Waitress said the Thai was spicy so I got that one It was good but not spicy. And for $16 buck, the tray was pretty small. First and last time here. I'll go to dinky town instead.

The idiot behind the counter would not sell me a bubble tea, talking about they don't do "to-go orders" or something and pointed to the sign on the counter. The sign said minimum $10 for credit cards. -_- I said fine I'll buy two then. She still said no and kept mumbling. I said I could pay cash then and this b word still would not serve me, talking about they need to focus on the people that are dining in. There was only one table filled in the whole room. Crazy. Fire the crabby short lady with black hair that is either racist or doesn't care about the business. Avoid this place and go next door to Ichiddo Ramen instead!

I have say thank you to the staff that let me order my pho for take out with the beef and noodles thrown in the mix. They were really helpful in explaning how this concept that was new to me worked. This seemed to be the best pho I had ever had, with generous portions that had a steaming fresh taste to it. I could still picture the food even now. I would really like to come back, but try to eat at one of cooking stations next time. Even though it is a little pricy, it is worth it!! Oh yeah their eggrolls or cream cheese wontons are made fresh, and that is reason enough to go back. This a place I really want to go back to.
