Ichiddo Ramen Roseville

Just spent $30 to eat a tiny bowl of the most mid ah ramen ever while listening to the Skyrim OST.

Food was extremely bad at this location. Char Siu donburi smelled and tasted like jalapeno despite not having any. Niku soba ramen was severely bland- broth is supposed to be a dark brown color, tasting like caramelized onions. Instead it was a pale broth with little to no flavor. Gyoza was extremely tough to chew and dry.

After this, I called to speak to the store to attempt to get a refund as we now have $65 worth of food we can't eat and upset stomaches. Manager proceeded to argue telling us we were wrong about all our complaints.

They have other reviews on here advising of poor food and service, and they threaten with legal steps after telling you you're lying.

Don't go here, go to Ishita Ramen in St. Paul- much better.

I already ordered an online pick up at Grubhub at 12 noon, and it said that I should expect it to be done by 12:15 or 12:20 noon. I came in there waiting for my order, and then it was extended to 12:35 and I was still there waiting up until 12:50, at that point I had to leave since I have work at 1pm. Then, I tried cancelling it on Grubhub and the first assistance on Grubhub told me that I need to cancel it through calling them, so I called them instead, trying to cancel my order and get a refund for it, plain and simple, and instead of being understanding with my situation and offer a another way of resolving the issue, the guy on the phone was yelling instead, and was not understanding what it is that I am trying to get through. So, I tried again by telling him my point calmly, but the guy cut me off and just kept on yelling at me on the phone and was not giving me the chance to say anything. At this point, I had to end the call while he was still yelling because clearly, the guy was not listening at all. I am an understanding person, and I know the guy was just frustrated for working all by himself as a server on a busy weekend, but there are always other ways of approaching and resolving issues without having to yell at your customers on the phone.
I used to be one of their regular customers, and if I am gonna be honest, I used to recommend this place quite a lot to everyone because of their food, but experiencing the worse interaction I've ever had today with one of their employees made me not even want to come in and eat here anymore. Thankfully, I was able to get my refund after getting different assistance on Grubhub. Now, I just hope that Ichiddo would do something about their staffing.

roughly disappointed. The food was subpar, with undercooked dishes and a lack of flavor that made it hard to enjoy the meal. To make matters worse, the customer service was inattentive; it took ages for our orders to be taken, and when we asked for help, the staff responded in a short and unfriendly manner. Overall, I definitely do not recommend this place.

The owner was extremely racist. The miso soup was gross

Went there, had the most amazing food I've had since I can remember, served by very pleasant staff. A woman at another table clearly didnt feel the same way, eating her food then demanding for a refund after eating it, but the manager handled it well, and I got dinner and a show! Plan to return many times in the future.

Ordered the char-siu for delivery since I was sick. Boiled the broth when I got home and then added it into the rest of the ingredients. Exceptional ramen for the twin cities, even better for a take-out meal. Excellent value. Do not sleep on this spot.

Amazing place! Food was great and the servers were so kind! When we walked in our server offered us a table being mindful of the younger children we had and offered is a booster seat but when asked to have a booth and no booster seat they so kindly sat us down at an open clean booth! The atmosphere was so nice and the music was very calming! We received our orders and the food was delicious! Our server was very kind checking up on us and refilling our waters! 100/10! Thank you for amazing food and thank you to our waiters for an amazing experience!

The food is absolutely amazing very delicious and filling!! The server is always very rude, has a strange attitude, I always hand them my form of payment and they always place my change or card on the counter just happened again today. I always say thank you, have a nice day and I never get a response. July was my birthday, myself and a friend dined in here, the server barely came over to our table but was very active and friendly to everyone else table. Not sure if it’s cause I’m brown skinned or what but consider never coming again because it seems as they are the only sever.

Our group of four had a brief and somewhat unfriendly greeting upon arrival. Each of us tried a different ramen flavor and ordered a few appetizers to share. I chose the Spicy Miso Ramen with corn, and while the broth and ingredients were absolutely delicious, the char siu could have been more tender. The Beef Ramen looked a bit plain, with very thinly shaved beef. The Fried Chicken Ramen was decent, though it only came with three thin strips of fried chicken, which wasn’t too appealing. The Vegetable Ramen was also just okay. As for the appetizers, they were a bit disappointing. The aged tofu lacked flavor, and the Chicken Kara was unremarkable, with small, unexciting pieces.

We arrived right at opening time. They informed us if we wanted rice it would be a bit of a wait. We were not in a hurry so we said okay and they seated us. We got an appetizer. The gyoza were delicious! Reminded my husband and I of the time we spent in China ( even though this place is more Japanese). Our order came out, and was equally delish! The server was friendly and very accommodating.

It is 7pm on a Sunday, we walked into Ichido Ramen and waited by the door for a good 5 minutes. Server rushed us when we ordered and threw stuff at us in a hurry. This place needs more worker. Our food comes out cold as well!!
