Omg, I wish I would’ve read the reviews first, I got bone in buffalo wings and fries, both were terrible, the fries were old or over cooked as well as the wings. I could not even eat the fried they were so hard, I tried to eat the wings, but they were hard also. Wast of $17 bux, I would rather of ate ramen noodles. I will never order from here. Smh ?

I usually don't give a bad review of restaurants but I have to say going into this Chili's restaurant was not a good idea. We got seated in an area that didn't have anyone.
No silverware and the wait staff were standing around in the back area yapping away.
Sat there about 10 mins and nobody even offered us a glass of water or acknowledged us.
They obviously are making enough money this location must not need our business. We left. The person that seated us just half smiled and never even asked us if anything was wrong. Ta Ta!
My husband and I were at the restaurant shortly after they opened for lunch. We ordered their $9 lunch special. My chicken enchilada soup was served lukewarm. A man walked by our table and talked to us on the way to the bathroom. When he came out, he asked if we would buy him some food. Not even 10 minutes later, a young woman walked by us with a double stroller with two small children and went to the bathroom. She asked a mom, grandma and 2 small children if they would give her some money for her children. She also asked the table of women behind us for money as well. I do not think this should happen in a restaurant and we were only there for probably 30 minutes. Who knows how many more times this would happen? Our server was less than attentive, no water refills, did not ask how our food was or if we wanted anything else. We had to wave him over because our bill was wrong. Avoid this restaurant.
