Always love Jersey Mikes, best fast sub shop in Minnesota BUT let me tell you this location has the best customer service ever! Their assistant manager Ashley was so helpful when * I SCREWED UP** and ordered at this location (the last JM I had visited, last week) rather than the intention of ordering near my home. She went out of her way to call me back and get order cancelled and refunded. Such above and beyond and she was so kind! Thanks! Will be back soon!

It was chaotic to order and the staff didn't seem very patient. Quality lunch meats but not many toppings. No cucumbers which are a family fav.

The person I first encountered laid it on a little thick. Plus, i wanted a mini and told me the reg is not that much more. I went with the regular but didn't finish. The next person who was fixing my sandwich was too busy thinking about the order behind me and put onions and not the tomatoes like I asked. Had to ask one of the others farther down the line to make sure tomatoes were added by bumping him with his hand to get his attention and the guy who forgot the tomatoes didn't like it, because he had his head turned towards the first guy. Don't know why he wasn't looking at the customer or down at the sandwich.
Ordered a 42 they gave me a 43. Seems like two similar items with different meets shouldn't be so close in number to avoid further kitchen errors.
