I had walked in this establishment today july15th at 11:30am to buy a cold drink when the black girl who had approached me in a very assertive and condescending manner that I need to buy something on which my original intentions was to buy something in the first place on which she had embarrassed me in the restaurant by singling me out on which she didn't even give me time to walk in the store and to get setlled to place my order. I shrugged it off my shoulder and bought a drink. I don't know what she was insinuating about me on which I barely come in the establishment to begin with in the first place. I thought her approach was indirectly rude and condescending towards me on which she had made me feel like I did something wrong or I come in this place to not buy a thing on which I had purchase food from this place before in the past. I understand theirs people who comes up in there with unreasonable intentions but don't raise your voice like I did something wrong and instead of giving me time to come to the counter to place my order. I will not do my business at this establishment ever again because that not how you treat customer especially the ones who bought food there in the past.

I got there at 8:30 pm when they said they closed at 9pm and they already had the doors locked. I get wanting to start closing when it’s getting close to closing but I hadnt eaten all day and to get off work just to not be able to eat because they wanted to close early is so unprofessional. Because of them I now don’t have much time to go elsewhere because pretty much everywhere closes at 9 pm around here.

This place is so insanely slow. I have ordered food for pick up multiple times and every time it takes 30+ minutes. It does not seem to matter how big the order is. It seems that they do not make the order until you arrive. And I don’t even bother with delivery anymore because it’s even longer.

They dont give out bathroom key until after you order. Bad business practice

Barely baked the bread…and I was starving and on the road so I had to eat it. Because the break wasn’t firm enough, most of the sandwich fell out. The nastiness JJ experience.

Been a great place to get food. There is one guy there that thinks he owns the place. I called to see if I could use the 2 dollars off and he said he could cancel and I would have to reorder. All going good until I make sure I heard him right. This is when I said ok and he hung up. Wish I caught his name because he is horrible. I feel like it's the same guy who threw an attitude when he delivered my sandwich complaining it was his day off. Hope they straighten things out. Until then I will have to go elsewhere.

Freaky slow delivery.Took almost 1.5 hours to get my Delivery almost a mile away. Has happened quite a few times now, it's clear they're no longer "freaky fast".

placed an order for delivery on a week day at 2pm. waited an hour before calling to see where my order is. I was told there is only one driver and he is delivering 10 deliveries at the moment. This is fine IF this is communicated before placing the order. I need to get going and now my order will just be left outside I guess- so much for “freaky fast”.
