placed an order for delivery on a week day at 2pm. waited an hour before calling to see where my order is. I was told there is only one driver and he is delivering 10 deliveries at the moment. This is fine IF this is communicated before placing the order. I need to get going and now my order will just be left outside I guess- so much for “freaky fast”.

I walked in for a sandwich to go on Saturday 8/19/23 and it took around a half hour to get my sandwich. They appeared to be understaffed and very backed up. There was a woman mainly making sandwiches, a man answering the phone and ringing customers up and a manager not appearing to do much of anything and periodically disappearing (maybe he was making deliveries?) He should have been helping make sandwiches. All these customers were waiting, including me. No apology from the staff. It was unacceptable service. I was so hungry I added a bag of chips to keep from passing out. Ridiculous.

Ordered 2 subs had them delivered ,only received 1 of the 2 called to let them know the manager hung on me 3 times. Had to close my shop to go pickup the missing sub. I will never order from this location again worst service I’ve ever had from a Jimmy John’

Nice and pleasant staff.They were busy and staff was also moving as fast and accurate as possible.No public restroom sign on the front door.If I can't wash my hands first how am I going to eat your meal ?

I got my food delivered. It was “freaky fast” and very good. I got tea with my order it was good as well, but i could not drink it. I ordered unsweetened and they sent sweet.

The staff at this location are awesome! I can tell they're always working hard. If my mobile order isn't ready when I arrive, they check in with me and get it out as fast as they can.

Ran in for a quick dinner. Got a very nice Thai chicken wrap, which was delicious.
Used to like this location until I had my food delivered today to my work and went to bite into my sandwich and the paper was still on the meat? Really? Is it that hard to pay attention to what your doing? Lost my patronage.

I've been so hungry for Jimmy John's so I stopped at lunch time today. I walked in the front door and the music was so loud I could not think straight. I asked the person at the register if they could turn down the music. She said no she wasn't allowed. I asked for the manager, then I asked her if she could turn down the music she told me that the management has a set volume that they want the music at all times. That's just ridiculous, it was so loud I could not concentrate on the items on the menu. So I left and was very unhappy. I went to another nearby Jimmy John's and the music was normal and they said they have no such policy. That's my new favorite Jimmy John's, so keep your music as loud as you want and lose customers.

I mean i feel like you can't go wrong with Jimmy Johns for lunch! Man am I happy to have one close by! I always order the Pepe and get a bag of bbq chips. Service was great and was lucky to be the only one there to place an order and once I was done there were a ton of people coming in. I always like having a sandwich as an option if I'm having a day to run errands and location is perfect as it's in a strip that has a grocery store by it.

I previously left a review with less stars due to a not so good experience. However, yesterday I went here and even though they seem extremely short staffed, the guy working the register was friendly and nice, and my sandwich was made “freaky fast”.
