Great service. We used the kiosk but the service from the staff was excellent. I specifically want to call out Ty whom was willing to help all three times we went up and asked for stuff. Had a smile the whole time and every time said let me know if you need anything else. Rare these days to have someone so willing and happy in fast food.

The new Nashville hot tenders are fine. It's tempature hot, but spice not really. It tastes fine and salted, but don't taste any pronounced seasoning. Also this thing is like swimming oil. It was nice to try it once but I wouldn't go out of my way to get this again.
Ordered 74 dollars in food for us at work..we never got it ..we had 30 minutes for break we didn't get our food we didn't eat and our break was over..

Do not trust this KFC. Their signs says one price but they will charge another. Their sign says a number 7 is $15.49 but when they ring it up it's almost $18, before tax.

Order was wrong, food was cold and barely had any taste. Paid $16 dor a 3 piece and got a leg the size if a pigeons and 2 small thighs, a 3 piece meal should have a Leg/BREAST/thigh not 2 thighs and a tiny leg. Saw them.oulled our fresh chicken and they served me cold.old chicken that had been sitting there since who knows when, thanks for ruining my dinner and appetite after driving there 15 mns. Will never ever eat there again. Tried calling to express my frustration and was told I was wrong and they were unapologetic about it. What a bad experience. If I had 4 thumbs they would all be down. Crappy food, crappy customer service. Avoid!

I've frequented this place over the last ten years as I enjoy kfc. The rise in prices alongside the lack of service is the nail in the coffin. When you ask 15-18$ for a meal please don't screw my order up. Last two times I've went I have been missing items.
Also, my famous bowl had 4 pieces of chicken it. 4. :/
