Bad customer service and I was charged for regular 16 pieces for$40 and all I get is leg and thighs. They don't even let me know that they ran out white meat and no receipts too. Bad customer service included the supervisor...at least let me know that all they have is dark meat...... but no the cashier don't even say anything... employees and the supervisor need to be retraining...bad bad customer service...I will rate 0 star if I could

Great service. We used the kiosk but the service from the staff was excellent. I specifically want to call out Ty whom was willing to help all three times we went up and asked for stuff. Had a smile the whole time and every time said let me know if you need anything else. Rare these days to have someone so willing and happy in fast food.

The new Nashville hot tenders are fine. It's tempature hot, but spice not really. It tastes fine and salted, but don't taste any pronounced seasoning. Also this thing is like swimming oil. It was nice to try it once but I wouldn't go out of my way to get this again.

Do not trust this KFC. Their signs says one price but they will charge another. Their sign says a number 7 is $15.49 but when they ring it up it's almost $18, before tax.
