The bread sticks weren’t cooked the girls at the front just do not know what they are doing. I repeated my order a lot of times and still had it wrong. She said they didn’t have pepperoni and I get home there’s pepperoni on my pizza. I’m confused. The pizza was good but the workers smh. The manager smh. The managers the same as the workers. Listening to her talk is why they have the help they do. The place need to be revamped. New workers , new manager. This was on a Friday night. Cook the bread sticks they aren’t fully cooked which makes them mushy
My son been sitting in their parking lot for over 2 hrs waiting done food that should be fast food I am calling cooperate this is unacceptable & I want to hear from a manager
This store is so slow. There are always at least 10 customers standing around inside. You cant really order for delivery because it takes so long to get a pizza that driver's constantly drop your order (and I tip at least $10 every time). Tonight I ordered for delivery and had to go get my order myself because after 1.5hrs 3 different drivers had dropped my order. The staff inside lacks customer service skills and is just generally rude. Tonight they had 3 managers in the store and still couldn't get it together. Ive gotten half cooked pizzas, wrong orders, I almost never get my sauce when I buy a crazy bread combo. They work with no sense of urgency and completely ignore customers as if they are not there. It takes at least 2 hours every time.

Customer service here is trash please fire the entire staff it’s horrible
I had the only option to put one star because it was mandatory but I would give this place a ZERO, we ordered online and we had to wait an hour and 30 minutes ator a pizza and a breadsticks , yall need to take this place down or get new workers because this is unacceptable im not trying to be a learn but this place need better fast workers.

Is take over 1hour and 30 minutes waiting for pizza in the email say 40 will be ready after I wait over 30 more minutes the lady in the cashier say wait another 30 minutes that’s ridiculous is better if they are honest I can wait at home no stand up in the store I am really mad
I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru at 4:42 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup. Shortly after, I received a notification stating the store was busy and that my pickup time had been adjusted to between 5:06 PM and 5:11 PM. I arrived at the location by approximately 5:22 PM, yet I did not receive my pizza until around 6:15 PM.
After arriving at the drive-thru window, I waited over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment from staff inside the store. There was no greeting, explanation, or communication of any kind despite this being a prepaid pickup order and the drive-thru being clearly designated for that purpose. Not taking even a brief moment to acknowledge waiting customers demonstrates a serious lack of customer care.
After realizing the drive-thru was not going to be serviced in a reasonable amount of time, and after observing multiple customers who arrived after me enter the store, place orders, and receive service, I parked and went inside to retrieve my order. I was informed by the cashier that the store was short-staffed, which is understandable; however, staffing challenges are a management responsibility and should not result in customers being completely ignored. Basic communication and courtesy are the responsibility of every employee.
I requested to speak with a manager, but it took the cashier calling him three times before he came to the front. Even after providing my name, the cashier still had to locate my order. While I can be patient with delays or changes in pickup procedures, the complete lack of acknowledgment especially when the store offers drive-thru pickup is unacceptable.
Due to the lack of customer service and communication, I will not be returning to this location. With several other pizza options nearby, including Pizza Hut (0.8 miles away) and Domino’s (2.2 miles away), I will choose establishments that value and acknowledge their customers regardless of how orders are placed or picked up.

Listening to people curse out the employees and people even going behind the counter and grabbing food that wasn't theirs. Sarah was the manager on duty that did nothing to help get orders out or even address the very nasty customers.

Please don't go here my husband and I went WAITED 20 MINUTES IN LINE PIZZA WASN'T EVEN READY SHE SAID SHE (Teresa) is the night shift manager was rude she made us go get change for a hundred so we went next door to purchase a pop for the change not even 3 minutes we get back she rude saying she gave the pizza to a man that walked out with 3 pizzas and he so called didn't pay I will not go here again the MANGER IS RUDE WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR THE PIZZA JUST FOR HER TO NOT APOLOGIZE TO US MY KIDS WAS HUNGRY HAD TO GET PIZZA ELSE WERE THEY Are lazy AND RUDE THERE I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT THE 1ST SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED THEY NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES AND TRAIN THEM BETTER ... Believe the reviews one of the worst in the area. Extremely slow…. Nothing is prepared on time. This ish is neither hot or ready! It might be cheaper but for the wait you might as well order Italian fiesta
Absolutely no reason why you guys should have a drive thru YOU CAN’T EVEN GET OUT OF. Once an order has been taken, direct that person to park so other people can come and go as needed. When you guys barely have any customers, it still takes entirely too long for an order to be completed. I’ve watched this place get packed out before I ever received my food, and it takes too long to try to receive a refund. I’ve walked in and waited 2 hrs while watching the drive thru move quickly before. Staff simply moves too slow taking orders. I’ve sat at the window and stood at the register and was blatantly ignored each time. There is something seriously wrong with y’all. Stop hiring these little kids that have attitudes because they work here. I’m surely not forcing them to be here. No one should get to the window and wait an additional 20-30mins to PLACE an order. Not even receive it. It really doesn’t matter which way we go to place the order, y’all simply lack basic customer service skills. Terrible location and terrible service.
