This is essentially bar food. I had a burger and it was good. Nothing spectacular nothing I didn't expect. Another restaurant serving Frozen hamburger patties.
The people make this place work though.
I wish I remembered our servers name. She was really good very kind and made the experience worthwhile.

The service here was great. The bartender was friendly and attentive even with being slammed by a lunch rush. No issues there. My biggest issue is that they do not list all the ingredients included on menu. My burger came absolutely drowning in pico de gallo that wasn't mentioned. For me, this made the burger inedible since pico not something I enjoy. Sure, I could have sent it back, but what a waste of food simply because it wasn't written on a menu.

We had a private party on Saturday and have nothing but praise for all the staff. Very helpful and everyone was so pleased with our food choices. Highly recommend Lucky’s 13 Roseville! Thank you.

The consummate bar and grill operated by terrific staff.
Christina our server was phenomenal. Tricia the manager also fantastic. Go on wing Wednesday. The boneless have the lightest breading and the bone in are large wings! They have kids meals that accommodate allergies and their ranch dressing is made in house. Large portions for kids meals. So good!

Ordered the po'boy with kettle chips and the burger with fries. Delicious!
Also got a carrot cake for dessert that subsequently upset multiple stomachs.
They had flatbread pizza with apples!!!! It was unique and delicious!!! All seven at our table agreed!! 🥰

We like the atmosphere and location. The food is good and the patio is nice too.
