Literally had a reservation for 6:30 and didn’t get served until almost 8pm. Then waited til almost 10pm to get the check. This was a frustrating experience and I wouldn’t come back. For an expensive restaurant it was horrible service. It was also my friend’s birthday and all they did to compensate for the long wait was bring out an airplane with shots of juice 🙃.

Attended a wedding reception here. Food was absolutely amazing. Service was friendly but the setup could have been better. Water was originally only available at the bar and the AC was an issue for many but overall it was a good experience.

The worst thing is this place does not run on morals or principles. For example, they'll take your picture and wont tell you how much it is. Even after they hand you a printed copy in a magnetic frame (about 3x2), they dont even tell you the price or that you have to pay for it. They just hand it to you.
- No clear up front price on things like the photos, sauces, etc
- Food is overpriced for a Latin fusion restaurant.
- server was happy until runners messed up the delivery of food. They were frustrated about the miscommunication that happened on their end and couldn't help fix the problem. Got manager instead and manager wasn't easy to talk to either. Super combative when all was asked was to remake the items they messed the delivery on
- the ice cream cake we told them to put in the freezer melted when it came out
- server was hot and cold.
- they use a hand held strobe light for birthday songs. This is a warning for epileptics or people sensitive to flashing lights.
- music was nice but soooo loud. Couldn't hold a decent conversation at all

Wack service, especially for the price they charge.
Hardly any patrons in the place when I show up at happy hour. Sat for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. Ordered a happy hour marg and a happy hour wing appetizer. Took nearly 20 minutes to show up and had to hunt down a server to get napkins? When the server gave me the bill they didn’t give any happy hour prices which I had to remind them of. Food not good. Service worse. Super loud music, couldn’t even think.
Will not be going back. Very surprised this place is still in business. Tried it on a whim. My bad.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. While dining, we accidentally left our car key on the table. When we returned, the key was missing. After asking the staff, the manager (a lady) denied seeing it. Only after we called the police did she bring out the key. Instead of apologizing, she argued with us and even tried to blame us. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place.

Service was pretty slow at the bar we had a party of 9 ppl came here to have some drinks after our dinner at another restaurant. We had a decent time place is beautiful but the service wasn't great. Didn't seem that busy as everyone else was dining and probably almost done eating but we were mainly the first one's there at the bar with alot of ppl just ordering drinks.

My first time coming to MITO my brother had brought me here and the atmosphere was fun and unique. I will say it is not the cheapest place but if you go there for the amazing sushi, ribs or pasta it’s pretty good price. We had got a few sushi flavors, some ribs and a pasta that were absolutely delicious. We had a couple alcoholic drinks that came out unique and there were tasty. If you like a spicy with beef and shrimp I would recommend the Norteno Jalapeño Rolls. But if you like a sweeter spicy I’d recommend the Fried Chicken Roll. If you want some great bbq ribs they are amazing the sauce is superbly flavorful. As for the alcoholic drinks if you like pineapple and vodka I’d say get the fruity flavored drink called Pina Para La Niña. If you like gin try the Chupacabras it is a very unique drink and it will be a bit more of a floral and fruity flavored drink. Please be 21+ if you try to order the alcoholic drinks.

For the price of the food, you’d expect it to have flavor. Ordered the crispy chicken roll and chips with guac and honestly store bought guac and chips had more flavor. And the sushi only has a little of chicken sprinkles on top. We came at 5 and it wasn’t even that busy but our food took forever to come out and I had to remind our server we never got our chips and guac after finishing our sushi. Wouldn’t come here again unfortunately…
