Placed an online order. 2 of the items included a side salad (duo). Salads were not in the bag at pick up. When I returned and explained the situation the cashier just smiled said OK and went on to make other orders. I asked if the missing salads were being prepared she smiled seemed confused, no response. 2nd worker asks the situation. Sees my order on the screen asks what kind of salad what size of salad. Goes on to finally make said salads. Was a lot of wasted time and confusion over a simple thing. Frustrating to say the least.

This is by far the best noodles and company Ive been to. The food was great food and Balthazar provided great service up front!

I ordered a small bowl of the Buttered Parmesan noodles. The bowl arrived barely half full. The noodles were under-cooked and dry. And if there was any parmesan cheese in it, I couldn't taste it for the garlic; they must have just waved a cheese dispenser over the top of the noodles.

District managers should allow the workers to get tips for great service other than online .
I asked him could I tip him and he stated only allowed online orders , well that doesn’t make sense ! Because workers like him are well deserving of a tip in person !

Had a great experience despite the weather!
We were held up at Noodles for about 30–40 minutes due to a severe thunderstorm, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. The manager was especially thoughtful and even gave us a discount on our meal. They also handled a food allergy with great care, making sure to clarify it was an allergy and not just a preference. Really appreciated the kindness and attention to detail—thank you!

3.75 overall. Not bad, but not great. The customer service at the front was good. Could have been better though, because they forgot our Korean meatsballs until I let them know. We asked for no cheese at all on the spaghetti and meatballs, but it had lots of cheese on it. We kindly ask them to do a new bowl, and they did without question. Sadly, each dish we got was more salty than we'd like them to be. This restaurant didn't satisfy my noodle craving. The amount of food in each bowl wasn't big enough...
