Came in for lemonade and pasta, said I wanted lemonade at register, turns out they have none after I bought it. Waste of money, to busy to complain.

Terrible service. They left out my granddaughters drink, utensils, and napkin, making it very difficult for her to eat her dinner. I used their on line form to complain and haven’t heard back. This was six days ago.

Have a free entree? Save yourself the drive they still make you pay for protein. I paid for double meat just to only get 4 pieces and the cooked barely speak english SMH!

Was a wonderful place, had never been there before, made it fairly easy to figure out what it is that you wanted to do and how you wanted to go about it. The menu was easy to look at and easy to decipher on what you wanted to get how you wanted it and if you wanted to do anything different. I brought my children raging from ages 2 to 10 and they loved everything they got the adult size portions were wonderful and the kids meals were perfect size for them, even afterwards everything worked out the way it was supposed to and they enjoyed it even the baby enjoyed the food that I had as the adult everything was wonderful would definitely go back.

Kid-friendliness: Had a very kid friendly menu portion size were perfect for kids and the sides for kids was also very relevant and also made it easier for them to decide to eat their main dish to get to their sides, even the employees were very tentative to the kids.

We had some difficulties ordering online, so me and my friends decided to go in-store and order our lunch.

It was very busy at this store today, and there were some technical issues with the computer system, but the staff was extremely friendly and kind. They got our food out quickly after the tech issues were solved and gave us free drinks for the wait.

Absolutely terrible. I go to this location and order online often. I’ve never had such a terrible experience. Several things. 1. You offer a deal with rice crispy- but don’t have any?? Wouldn’t allow me to upgrade to bread when asked. 2. Spinach in Penne tasted like dirt and typically it is steamed but was not cooked this time. 3. On the Mac & cheese there should have been bbq they didn’t do that or give any sauce. There was a sauce in there but it was more of a penne sauce?? Didn’t ask for that. 4. They replaced the rice crispy with a cookie which tasted undercooked and soggy. Was disgusting, and discarded. Overall I am very disappointed with this location and it puts me off as a loyal member next time I want to order I will for sure double think my decision and more than likely go with a different restaurant. This was absolutely terrible.
