Not pleased with the service here. I asked for side orders of ramen and soup for my children. This isn't anything out of the ordinary for ramen places to offer. They are little children and just want noodles and soup.

They are little children and just want noodles and soup. Guy tried to charge me full price for them, which makes no sense. He was incredibly apathetic and made no efforts to help me get the order correct. When I said that was interested in ordering anymore, he basically rolled his eyes at me. Not coming back here to be disrespected.

This isn't what ramen is supposed to be like. The noodles tasted more like spaghetti than anything, the pork belly was cut into weirdly huge chunks and it was rough and charred to much. The broth was too salty and didn't taste like tonkotsu broth. Nothing about it tasted like ramen.

The service was friendly and attentive. My bowl of ramen was good, but I feel it was overpriced for what I received. I am not a ramen connoisseur, but I feel it was just OK for the price. When you are spending over $12 for a bowl of ramen, it had better be plentiful and great.

Honestly very good food, however the Japanese fried chicken came out undercooked(pink and cold in the middle) and I asked if they could fix it, thinking they would just remake the 3 pieces when it was returned to me it was just the same chicken refried and clearly over cooked and burned to a crisp. Didn't bother trying again.

What a waste of money. They don’t know anything about ramen. The shiitake broth is so salty and so is the katsu chicken. The texture of the noodles are good and the chicken itself is tender. But the broth and the crispy part of the fried chicken are just very very salty. It’s hard to eat. It’s like drinking pure soy sauce. Glad I had some water with me.

They stated unable to give refunds...no actual reason as to why. Compensated with fries but cant believe that the chicken was served. Never going again.

The ramen was delish - we had both the katsu chicken and pork belly ramens. We were loving both and will be back. The cashier 6/13/21 in 11:30 was a pleasure - he was so excited to tell us about the Top Chef connection. Thanks for the fun experience ?

I realize this place is in a mall, but the food is barely above a noodle bowl for $2 you'd heat up in your microwave at home. The pork belly was dry and overly salty, tonkotsu broth tasted like instant broth, and the udon noodles were totally limp and nothing like an authentic udon noodle. Furthermore, the noodle quality isn't even as high as frozen ones you can get at United Noodles. At least the egg was ok. The service was reasonably fast so they get two stars overall.
