Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

First and foremost, I love their customer service, the way they handle the issues. I would love to give them the highest rating possible because of the friendly staff, good food and all. Most importantly, prolly the shift manager, Alexa, she did an amazing job handling a bad situation caused by uber, they failed to deliver twice so she came by herself to drop my food which was amazing and all were on the house as a courtesy. If her supervisor seeing this review, I am recommending a promotion, she deserves more. Such a kind soul and helpful manner.

It was New Year's Eve I knew it was going to be packed we didn't mind waiting. I asked the host if the bar was open She flat out said NO!! WITH AN ATTITUDE!! SO I SAID FINE I WALKED AROUND THERE WAS PEOPLE SITTING AT THE BAR!! Bartender was nice enough to seat us so I could have a couple of drinks while are table was ready.
Long story short.
Host was horrible bartender Was awesome
Server was also awesome.

We had a GREAT evening! For a family of six it can be difficult to get seated sometimes, this location has plenty of large tables so we were seated right away. Our waiter was amazing he kept our youngest entertained and was incredibly kind and patient. Nick seriously made our visit 5 star.
We have had bad experiences at the OG back home this location was perfect for a traveling family.

Haven’t had Olive Garden in a while. Was excited to go. I must say that the food was not at my expectations of other Olive Garden’s that I’ve attended. The food was re-warmed up and it wasn’t fresh. Even our breadsticks was hard on the sides and wasn’t as the lifeful as other Olive Garden‘s that I attended. I ordered the tour of Italy and the food looked it like it was already made and just warmed up. You can actually tell that it was warmed up because the plate was hot and the cheese looked at so unwelcoming to eat. We was not asked if we wanted to get refill on the brat sticks or I sell it which was disappointing because we love our salad. Our server she was nice, but she was not doing her regular job on asking if we needed anything. Our appetizer was actually warmed up as well because it definitely wasn’t fresh. It was very hard. You can barely cut it with a fork. I will not go back to this location. FYI, serve fresh food as you supposed to not pre-warmed up food already made.

I ordered a soup for lunch today, and I am extremely disappointed to say that I had to throw it away. It wasn’t soup — it was basically half water. I usually love Olive Garden, but this was unacceptable. I called to complain and was put on hold for so long that I eventually hung up. Very disappointed with this experience.

First and foremost Emily was the best servicer ever! I go to olive garden quite a bit, its my favorite restaurant, but Emily made it a thousand times better! She's the sweetest and is paying attention to all her tables so smoothly, also extremely kind, she deserves a raise! Had an amazing time, thanks Emily!!

Our waiter Owen was amazing! Id give him 10 stars! He made our night great! Food was great, atmosphere was great! The singing for my bday was wonderful! Overall, tonight was a wonderful evening! 5 out of 5 stars for the staff this evening!
