It was good. We did the Valentines Day special for a total of $55. Definitely got what we paid for. Blooming onion, salads, entrees and desert. All was really tasty. I had onky been to Outback once as a child. I'd probably go back. The only thing I disliked was the seating set up. Definitely could use some improvements.

So I've been back twice at this Outback in the past 2 weeks. On the first occasion, I ordered the prime rib, single serving of the blooming onion, salad, and baked potato. I ate at the bar and service was excellent as I didn't have to ask for anything whatsoever. Entree was cooked perfectly, appetizer was spot on, and the potato hot and fresh. Overall, an excellent meal with outstanding service. I visited the bar a second time because it was busy. Ordered the same as last time with the exception of the entree and this time I picked the ribeye. Again the food quality was excellent but the service backslided. There were 2 bartenders on and 1 was struggling a bit. My appetizer and salad "colllided" and were served simultaneously. My glass sat empty and I had to ask the person who served me the appetizer for a refill. Would I go back to Outback Roseville? Yes, and I've been eating here for almost 5 years.

We love eating out. Yesterday we arrived in this delicious place which friends recommended to us. We had a delightful evening there with exceptional food and a nice stuff and an impressive cook. We added this place in our list and we will definitely visit again soon. We highly recommend.
Just had a lovely dinner with my mother. The food was consistent as ever at Outback. Most notable was our waitress Sam. She was polite, considerate, thoughtful, and nailed the order from memory. Thanks, Outback for the constantly good fare and for hiring Sam as a gem of an employee!

Our server, Corey, was very nice and provided excellent service. I had lobster tails which were a little tough and didn't taste very fresh. My partner had filet mignon and did enjoy that. For $30 a meal, it should have been better though.

I think this is the 2nd time ever that I've dined at Outback. I received a gift card as a gift, so I went to use it this past Tuesday. The restaurant was packed for lunch. James, our sever, took great care of us throughout our dining experience. The chicken that I order was butterflies, and cooked perfectly. It was juicy and hot upon arrival. I ordered the 4 course meal special. You get a soup, salad, entree, and dessert (cheesecake). You can choose chocolate, raspberry, or a caramel sauce for the cheesecake. The chicken tortilla soup was mediocre. The Caesar salad was decent. However, I kid you not, there were only 1.25 croutons in the entire salad.
