The so called “rapid lane” is a scam don’t bother placing an order online and pickup through the drive thru you will still wait the lane. Sure don’t make it easy for a mom of an eight month old mike do better!

Absolutely the worst Panera I’ve ever seen, every time I’ve been there they take at least 30 minutes to get the food out and when I order on DoorDash the dasher just drops the order because they take so long. What an incompetent staff.

My husband went inside to get a free cup of coffee with a pastry item and was told by an employee “let me go ask” and went to talk to the manager and said “no we aren’t doing anything for Veterans Day”. They advertised that they were though (see picture attached). I won’t be supporting this business again.

The new harvest salad was excellent as was the cranberry chicken salad sandwich on sourdough. I got the you pick two for lunch and the food was so delicious. It’s very hard to get into their parking lot and the spaces are tight.
