I love Panera, but this location is by far the slowest drive-through ever. I waited 20 minutes for my food. Last time, I waited 30 minutes and was stuck between two cars. When I got up to the window, I told the young lady that next time she should let me and other customers know it'll be a 20-minute wait. The young lady rolled her eyes and didn't say anything, not even an apology. She's lucky I didn't have time to cuss her out this morning.
To Roseville Panera: if you know you're backed up on orders, please let the drive-through know it'll be a wait. Some of us don't mind waiting. It's not hard to communicate, especially since some of us are on a time limit.

Very bad customer service and not anymore kids friendly environment. Always brings wrong order,front desk staff are very bored and not interested to communicate promptly with customers.Please if you’re pro-children,don’t bring them to Panera bread at Roseville’s branch.
Horrible. Ordered at a kiosk and a half hour later they said they were out of the soup I ordered. I said I wanted a refund, they said OK 3 to 5 days. Manager that helped me was less than helpful.

Don't use Rapid Drive Thru! You'll wait longer than in store pickup or the regular drive thru.
Ordered rapid delivery that was scheduled to be ready at 12:34. I pulled into line at 12:35 and waiting 5 minutes for someone to come to the window. They were still taking orders at the drive thru. When they finally did come they said the order was not ready and I should park and wait for an email. I parked and waiting while the proceeded to fill drive thru orders taken at the store paced after me. At 12:51 I got the email that my order was ready for pickup and got back in line to pick it up. I then had to wait another 15 min along with two other cars that had rapid pickup orders behind a car that must have placed an order for drive thru at the store.
If you can't fill orders at the drive thru then either don't take new orders or stop them from pulling forward until their order is ready for pickup. Don't fill the drive thru orders placed at the store before filling those who placed them ahead of time.

Yall got my pregnant-self messed up. I pulled up through the drive thru ordered a bowl of tomato soup and a WHOLE sandwich of the kickin grilled cheese… as in a WHOLE ADULT sandwich. What in the baby sandwich is this?! Come on now!!! $17 for this?! I live 20 mins away. I’m not going back through traffic but now I know to clarify next time.

Ordered 2 soups, a salad, and a sandwich. They completely forgot one of the soups, they put things on the sandwich that were in the instructions to be taken off, and when I called to get a refund, they suggested I get $15 back as rewards instead, which I accepted, but it is no where on my account.
