For take and bake it's a crowd pleaser for the kids. My only complaint is the crust never gets crispy unless you remove the piece ypu cook it on.

We USED TO go to Pappa Murphy's every Tuesday. Loved their pizza!We don't go anymore. They closed the 2 stores that were close to us East Lake Street and East 66th Street in Richfield.This may not be an appropriate place to voice my complaint but I could not find a corporate site to communicate with. I ordered pizza at 12:30PM to pick up at 4:45. offered to pay ahead of time, so all it would be was a quick pick up on a busy Halloween night. after 1 hour of waiting my order was lost! i guess it was good they wouldn't take my payment ahead of time as I left with no pizzas. won't be going back!!

Great experience with this Papa Murphys, the nice lady who grabbed my take out order went over each individual customized ingredient on my receipt and physically looked at the pizza and made sure it was made correct! Best experience with a papa murphys so far!

We followed the instructions to the letter on how to make the pizzas in our oven. Both pizzas burned on the bottom, the cardboard tray on both pieces were completely burnt. One pizza was totally in edible. we had not even gotten to the complete cooking time and smoke was billowing out of the oven. Very dissatisfied.
