Waited 35 min. Saw people after us get their food. Came up and asked about our order only to be told we should have asked earlier. I get people get busy and mistakes happen, but the right move is to start with “sorry.”

Worst place ever for any vegetarian to have food. My partner and I were in Rosedale mall and went there to have snacks. My partner specifically asked if there is any meat in the chilli baked potato and the lady who was there said no; there was no meat. When we got our order I suspected unusual taste. I went to ask her again if there was any meat and then she replied no. no meat only beef, as if beef doesn't count towards meat. We ended up throwing the food and left the place. These people are pathetic when asked if there is no meat that implies no meat, be it chicken, turkey, beef or pork. When will they learn. Spoiled my partner and my mood, and our whole evening.

Waited over 30 min and received nothing. Ordered at 5:19pm some fry’s and waited 20 min before going over to ask, they asked what my order was and I assumed they where going to make it,5 min pass and they ask for it again. I wait until 5:45 to just ask for a refund as it’s the 3rd time the same person has asked what I ordered. I wait until 5:50 until a manager comes over and finally refunds me. Was a waste of time I could have spent doing something else.

The cashier was able to explain the menu to me and the best way to get my money's worth. I only wanted potatoes and I ended up with a drink without spending so much. And after eating flavored potatoes you definitely need something to drink. Extra bonus she speaks spanish and when she wished me a nice day, she made it better with her pretty smile. Best customer service in a long time.

Good food fresh and crispy

Fries are awesome. Sadly the employees had an attitude.

Extremely extremely rude staff. Like another review on here, I was shocked. I watched as another customer used a few napkins to wipe off a dirty table that was in the hallway. An employee then yelled at the lady to come over to the counter and proceeded to rip the napkins out of the customers hands because “those aren’t used for that” followed by extremely dirty looks the entire time the customer was waiting with her kids. The customer was stunned and so was I. Terrible experience
