The cashier was able to explain the menu to me and the best way to get my money's worth. I only wanted potatoes and I ended up with a drink without spending so much. And after eating flavored potatoes you definitely need something to drink. Extra bonus she speaks spanish and when she wished me a nice day, she made it better with her pretty smile. Best customer service in a long time.

Waited over 30 min and received nothing. Ordered at 5:19pm some fry’s and waited 20 min before going over to ask, they asked what my order was and I assumed they where going to make it,5 min pass and they ask for it again. I wait until 5:45 to just ask for a refund as it’s the 3rd time the same person has asked what I ordered. I wait until 5:50 until a manager comes over and finally refunds me. Was a waste of time I could have spent doing something else.

It is crowded here. There is a queue to get your order. Potatoes are great, and they know how to make them. There are many seasonings you can pick, and they are all perfect. You can choose the kind of fries you want like straight loopy, or get tater tots. There are only 2 sizes. The service was great.

i honestly LOVEEEE these fries. #1 the BEST and only BEST these fries are VERY SEASONED AND SOO GOOD i really wish i could door dash it. I HOPE IT GETS ON DOORDASHHH I NEED THESE FRIES TO GOOO AND DELIVERYY. sometimes the customer service isn’t that great other wise its okay. Yes it can take some time for your order to come up especially if its busy but you can’t blame their fault because of them having many orders at once and can get mixed up on accident, if you dont see my point you just havn’t experienced the real world yet!
I ordered a Giga with half cheddar, half garlic Parmesan seasoning. I was impressed with how flavorful (& coated with seasoning) each fry was. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star experience is the wait time for my order was longer than I would expect. Overall I would order again!

My 3 year old and I waited for 17 minutes to get an icee and fries. They called what I thought was my name and there were 2 fries orders so I assumed she rang me up for 2 orders by mistake. I should not have assumed that and it take responsibility for that.I grabbed the fries, wrangled my 3 year old and started walking to our car. I heard someone yelling “mam” in an aggressive tone so I turned around. She was yelling across the mall that I had taken the wrong order and was following me. I turned around and came back instantly and meeting her half way. When we were face to face she told me I “stole” this order. I said “excuse me?! it was an honest mistake.” She then took both of the fry orders my son had touched and took them out of my hands! I told her we had touched them and she said yeah I know I am throwing them away. I was so taken aback by this and in shock on how I was being treated by a total stranger. I walked back to the couple whose order I “stole” and apologized and they were very kind about it.We then waited even longer to get a small fry which she could have just taken a big one and dumped into a small container instead of wasting and throwing it all out. I have worked in customer service and the food industry and know it’s hard and you deal with a lot of rude people. I ordered something simple, tipped her and was in turn treated awful in front of my 3 year old and a bunch of strangers. Shaun was not professional, kind and completely over top in front of a lot of people. Not a place I would recommend.

I went to this spot for an Icee after searching the local area for this one of a kind masterpiece without luck. When I arrived, the line was around the corner. It was 3pm! Not even near dinner time! I realized that it wasn’t a rushes fault, it was the slow service! The workers there were moving very slowly. When I started my order the woman ringing me up was super quiet. I had to ask her what she was saying probably 3 times before I could understand what she was saying. I got my Icee fast, but I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if they A. Don’t have both registers open or B. You are only buying one item.
