Order was delivered to our table with 1/3 of it missing. The kimchi on the Korean fried chicken sandwich was frozen. We then ordered shakes that didn’t come for 20+ mins. Went up to the front to ask about them and they all had been sitting there and were all melted.

We ordered 4 basic shakes and waited 30 minutes and heard nothing from the staff. After going up to talk to the employees, we waited another 10 minutes until anyone even came to the front, there was no one by the register. Several other customers had been waiting for similar amounts of time and were trying to get the employees attention but no one would talk to us or tell us when our orders would be ready. There were many employees just standing around and we saw some on their phones. We never got our food and ended up getting a refund. Never coming back here.

Ordered from DD and they never confirmed the order to start making it and when I showed up they just told me someone MIGHT have already picked it up but it never actually got made. The girl at the counter was very rude and never even offered a simple “sorry” which would have made the experience at least a little better but it honestly felt very much like ‘I don’t care’ and she walked away without offering to help.Last time I was in, too, the food was extremely overcooked but I wanted to give it another try.Last time I’ll be in. No thank you.

Worst burger I have ever had. It tasted like they had never cleaned the grill. Burnt grease is how it tasted. The fries were horrible as well....they looked like they were fried once... and then dipped again in the fryer to warm them up. The chocolate shake had ice crystals in it....Worst burger I have EVER HAD!! It actually made me sick..and WAY OVER PRICED...A Gorruble burger fries and shake that made me sick...cost $20+.

I ordered online a Smokestack burger and an Avocado Bacon Chicken. I'll be honest I had no idea this location wasn't drive thru only! Upon arrival I went inside, there was a fellow behind the counter who I gave my name to. About a couple of feet from the end of the counter a few feet back was another counter with to-go bags. Mine was promptly located and handed to me. The staff was friendly and efficient.I had customized the sandwich for no pickles. It didn't ruin the sandwich or my day! The sandwich was delicious... so much avocado!! I didn't taste that the pickles were even on it! The bun was soft and tasty. I'm not a big fan of fried chicken sandwiches but this one...set the bar! It was overly breaded or too crispy....just right. I liked that the order was in a box-tray so they weren't sliding around the bag. Shake Shack Rosedale you definitely made a fan out of me. Thank you for the delicious lunch and what I can only assume will be a fantastic dinner!

The loss of 1 star due to extremely limited & confusing parking area. But the people were friendly, food was great and it didn't take long at all. Will go again.*Also, if you haven't before, TRY dipping your French fries (without ketchup) into a chocolate shake. Tried it for the first time here and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was.Parking: Adjacent to the Shake Shack, their parking "area" as it is t big enough for me to call it a parking LOT.Wheelchair accessibility: Level business without stairs

I'm not happy with my drive through experience. I was uncomfortable trying to communicate my order to the associate due to them not comprehending ordering simple menu item's. The quality and quantity of food was way way below expectations for the price. Seems like a cool joint driving by, too bad I have no confidence in the employees preparing a quality meal for my family. I would have complained directly to a corporate survey but I didn't receive a receipt to track my transaction. Not likely to return.

I love Shake Shack food even though it takes them a really long time to make it, at least it’s fresh when handed out. My issue is with this particular location. I’ve had drive-tru issues when I order there. One time they did not give me an order of fries another time I was missing a burger and this time I was missing my chicken order. I’ve called and left voicemails for the managers but never get a call back. They have a real issue with order accuracy.
