I ordered jalepeno cheese curds expecting there to be jalepenos in the cheese curds instead it was bad cheese curds with a couple slices of jalepenos thrown on top. Probably one of the biggest joke meals I’ve ever ordered in my life. This will be viral by the morning.

Luke warm, soggy, bland chicken sandwhich with a bag of old dutch chips for $16. One of the saddest culinary experiences of my life. Never again.

Overpriced burgers. Could not taste any flavor of the meat in my burger, but the almost whole tomato and onion they put on them.
We love to stop in to Smack Shack while shopping. The chicken tenders kids meal is large. Seating is easy. I have never ordered a drink, but there is a full bar. This is definitely a step up for mall food. I appreciate that this isn’t a sit down restaurant type of service. Sit down and wait for text alert when your food is ready. There are no time constraints.

Located in the Roseville Mall. Staff was OK. Food was decent but a little pricey.Got the fried mushroom and the mushroom and Swiss. Free refills at least. Overall it wasn't bad and a little different to regular food courts.

Didn't let me know my order was ready because they 'forgot' my name. They also put down the wrong phone number for my order, so I couldn't even be notified. Had to go check. Also, lobster roll was overpriced. Bad experience.

Came here for takeout with my daughter. UPDATE: Katelyn reached out to me today and offered the choice of a full refund or in-store credit to make it right. I appreciate the contact and look forward to trying it again and having a better experience. She was receptive to feedback and will work with the back of the house to improve the take out lobster roll.Ordered two lobster rolls for $70. We got a smashed piece of toast and a cup of lobster that tasted terrible. No flavor at all. Gross. I tried to call management right away but there isn’t a manager at this location and none of the other locations will take calls about other locations. No email for customer service and no email for the owner Josh.

I got the shrimp basket. I received my order quickly and overall had excellent customer service. Both the fries and shrimp were well-cooked and seasoned, and both of the sauces were good. There was plenty of nearby comfortable seating. Definitely satisfied my seafood craving.

I was horrified when we finally got our food, this was the 1st and last time coming here. You would think that you charging $8 for a cheeseburger the it would at least be a hand made burger and not an oversized White Castle patty . On top of being a super flat patty it was burnt. I bit into the sandwich and thought it was a blt. I have never had a crunchy hamburger. They should not have a drive thru when the wait time is 24 minutes and the food was horrible. My son even said the 50/50 drink was horrible for $5.If your food is overpriced at least it should taste good. ☹️☹️

If I could rate my experience a zero I would. I came to visit my family member who works for a retailer in the mall and while I was there I thought I would grab a bite to eat. The food court is welcoming and I seen a burger place and I thought that would be great. Their Octoberfest burger looked great but not a single person to take my order when I was at the bar. I waited 12 min while looking at the three cooks who were in the kitchen and watched them laugh, eat, play on their phones while not a single person waited on me. I wanted another few minutes and positioned myself where they could see me so they could either help me or send someone to help, but after making eye contact they went back to laughing and sharing things on their phone.I just get up to leave and the “server”/“bartender” the young woman…ear buds in races to the back and I’m stupid enough to sit down again. She makes eye contact and then leaves again, but not before making her friend and herself a drink.Unfriendly. Unsanitary. Good luck with this type of customer service!!!
