Ordered food to be delivered to Masonic children's hospital. An entire order of crispy brussel sprouts weren't in there and the burger we added avocado to (for $2.00 extra,) as well as pickles did not have either of those things. You would think for the cost of their food they would at least get it right. I ordered from a place around the corner a few days ago with a whole nother meal added as well and it cost less and they got it all correct. Won't be ordering from here again.

Smashburger is so good, and this location is no exception. The restaurant is clean, the service was great, and the music was soft enough to still carry on a conversation.Their gluten free bun is very good, it does not crumble as quickly as some, and tastes fresh.The only drawback is that the public restrooms are on the other side of the mall, so plan accordingly.We will be back!Dietary restrictions: I don't know what happens with cross contamination, but the gluten free bun is excellent.

The burgers are excellent if not extra greasy. The truffle burger is very tasty. Rosemary fries are a must! Service can be a little slow as they are understaffed at times. Har Mar mall is its biggest downfall as it looks like something out of a zombie apocalypse happened there...abandoned shops and garbage strewn about outside. Tough to compete with Shake Shack on the north side of Rosedale Mall where it is actually modern and clean.

I'm late to the party, but I just visited Smashburger for the first time. I ordered a vegetarian Colorado burger, and it was the best burger I've had in years! Vegetarian options can be tricky to navigate, and some are definitely a miss (I'm looking at you, veggie burger at Culver's). But this burger was absolutely delicious! My only complaint about this location is that the bathroom is in the mall, and we arrived when the mall was closed so we had nowhere to wash our hands or to use the bathroom. We chose to take our food to go due to that, but otherwise great experience!

JB with the Afro hung up on me twice when I called then when I got in he tried to refuse me service left and said I couldnt order with a half hour before close. Won’t be coming back terrible customer service looks like I wasn’t the only one in the reviews who noticed his miserable attitude.

I just got a takeout burger from here after having a good experience years ago. There was a very stark contrast in my expectation of the burger vs. what I received - in a bad way. My bacon avocado cheeseburger with fried onion ring toppings had roughly one 2" piece of bacon, sad brown-colored avocado, half of a soggy onion ring, hardly any discernable cheese or lettuce, and the burger was overcooked. I think it's safe to say I won't be going back. For $11.37, you're much better off getting a burger at the major fast food chains.
I asked if I could have the key for the restroom that was located in the mall and was denied access. We ordered a large fry and received a small, I don’t know since when five fries equals a large fry. The gentleman working was very rude.

Immediate seating with cushioned booths was greatly appreciated. I like that they offer gluten-free or bunless burgers for us low-carb lovers. The brussel sprouts were a fun side dish; I'll definitely order those again. The sweet potato fries were super deep fried and didn't stay hot. (They'd be way better and healthier air-fried.) My burger was just OK; it seemed like a high-fat butter burger where I tasted fat more than the meat. It was a rather thin (smashed) burger, which isn't as attractive as a bun-less option.EDIT: I originally gave 3 stars for the OK burger, but the yummy brussels and available, cushioned seating in super busy Roseville is definitely worth 4 stars. (Plus, easy and close parking is huge in Minnesota winter.)

Saturday, January 27 at 6pm. Me and a friend order to-go. The waiter at the time brings out our orders on baskets (as if we're dining in). I politely remind them, "I'm sorry, we ordered these to-go." Waiter snatches our orders and says to the chefs, "He changed his mind." Felt very pouty. Food was good though, props to the chefs!
