staff was young and unprofessional— on their phones while serving you; and on top of all that my partner ordered a mint shake and got something with peanuts in it, he has a severe allergy

Combined with the sticky, wasp infested tables and chairs, I have no plans to return.

I ordered a med vanilla shake because I wanted to see what their ice cream tastes like. It's the foundation of their menu. I think because most ppl add something(a mixer, dipped, sprinkles) they haven't put alot of effort into their vanilla soft serve.
I had a terrible time trying to read their menu when standing there waiting to be served. I found their menu online.
I'm not sure why we're expected to tip. Who am I tipping? The girl taking my order or the girl calling my name or the guy who made the shake?

Be careful you get your full order. They like to make orders for customers that arrive after you first. I had to tell them I hadn't received my order after 3 people (no my order wasn't complicated)that ordered after me got their items first.

Fast service even with a long line. Definitely a great shop for ice cream; not so much for their shaved ice. Loved the cone I got, vanilla with chocolate dip. While the flavor of the shaved ice was great, it became a clump of ice and with a plastic spoon couldn’t break it up without splashing the flavor and melted ice around. Still searching for a Kona out Hawaiian style that’s open with a physical shop instead of a food truck operation.
