Pizza bagel was soggy with very unattractive sheath of whitish translucent cheese over cooked but unbrowned sausage lumps. Kid would not eat it. Sausage goes on top, cheese should not be grey. Ham and cheese was okay, other kid pulled out the americanish cheese slices and ate the bagel and ham. On a busy Sat noon the line is very long all the way to the door.

It's not a 'mistake' if it happens more than once. When I moved here in 2021 and found these bagels in Miss Mkts and Whole Foods (and occasionally at their shop on Lexington in Roseville) I was thrilled to find a comparable to nyc bagel. Over the years the consistency in chew and flavor has waned. I almost always get cinnamon raisin and now more times than I can count there is no cinnamon aroma or flavor and very few raisins leading me to wonder if they've changed their recipes, hired cooks who can't measure, and employees who don't take responsibility or try to find an answer to my concern. A simple apology goes a long way. buh bye

Ordered online and arrived just as they were making our order so we decided to eat there. We had the lox sandwich on asiago and John Denver breakfast sandwich on pumpernickel and both were excellent! Service was friendly and efficient. We also tried the homemade poptarts and they were GOOD. We'll def be back!

On October 13, 2025 I got these bagels on Amazon delivered from Whole Foods Market. On October 15, 2025 they had mold all through them. Don't know if I will ever get anything else from here.

Noticed while filling up my drink that the beverage dispenser had slimey mold buildup coming up from the tubes. Having worked in restaurants, I know this is not being cleaned often enough if that buildup is happening which makes me concerned what else is not being kept up.
Bagels sandwich was very bland and the bagel was dry. At least the price is right. Although I’d be fine paying $10-12 for a better sandwich and cleaner shop.
The staff was really friendly.

If you go during the breakfast rush on the weekend, be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for your To-Go order. I’ve been going to the MPLS location for years, even during their busiest times & prefer that location to the original based on how quickly they’ll have your order ready when it’s To-Go.
What a fun place for a light breakfast. I was there on Sunday morning for coffee and a made from scratch bagel with lox. It was fresh and delicious. The cream cheese is also homemade. The cherry on top was the music. It took me back to living my best life on the dance floor in the '90s. I had a hard time standing still and not singing along. The staff looked like they were having fun too.
