I must say this is one of the worst starbuck I have ever experienced. They got my order wrong all the time and some how the drink is so bland here . It's just not tasty like other starbuck outside. I always order 1 type of drink at all starbuck. So far ordered 4 from this starbuck and all is terrible.

Wyatt, Kaitlyn, and Brii are absolute superstars. Despite a broken order system and malfunctioning espresso machines, they still managed to fill my ristretto shot request with grace. They were incredibly patient while I added my card to the Starbucks app, since the payment system was down. I truly appreciate their kindness, compassion, and—above all—their warm, welcoming energy. Thank you all!

Used mobile order while I walked to Macy’s from the other end of the mall. Arrived at the same time as two other customers, let the barista know my name and that I had placed a mobile order and my order was taken care of first. All businesses are short-staffed and there is a sign out front declaring that they need more help. Even with the 1 barista working, I still had a good experience. Eye-contact, friendly, and wished me a good day!

I walked in and was immediately called three slurs, had a hot white mocha thrown onto my new Diesel jeans, and slipped on the wet floor (no wet floor sign was present). To say the least, I am flabbergasted and never coming back to this location. Caribou has always been superior.

Horrible, there was two employees who just kept having attitudes. And one of them even tried to argue with me about my order. Talking to me like I didn’t know what I had ordered and claimed that she confirmed with me with the drink I wanted. I waited way too long for it, and the other employee kept making other peoples drink orders incorrectly where she had to toss a couple to remake the drinks. Super disappointed with the experience I had here today.

Stopped here with a friend on the way out of the mall. My double espresso came right up. My friend's cappuccino took forever though. I wouldn't normally be upset about that, but instead of making my friend's drink, they made a blended drink for another mall employee. Who ordered after us. And who chatted up the staff the whole time, slowing things down further.Won't go back.

The lady I ordered with was very nice. The lady who made my drink was horribly rude and made it wrong. After asking her a after double checking my order she refused to fix her mistake. By far the worst drink I’ve gotten from any Starbucks.

I’ve gone here like 4 times and they’ve never made my drink correctly. Even after asking them to remake it. I’m not picky either, just go somewhere else lol

I love coming here for something quick and simple and the staff are always lovely and amazing! They offer helpful suggestions and are always willing to do their best to help any customer regardless of circumstance. It’s truly a shame there are so many negative reviews, these are great people and I wish them the best! ❤️
