First off I just want to say personally human to human Taylor Eye truly appreciate you.

Please remember that our baristas are human beings who have lives and do things other than make coffee. Please respect the baristas for them being human and also handling your drinks and allow them to be human just like you are human. Thank you for my beverage today more than you know you have ended my night on a great note and it's just because you were so real and honest and you were not mean about it please keep your spirits high you are a great person and again I appreciate all of you for the coffee. The new Matcha Strawberry Frappuccino at Starbucks is AMAZING! 🍓💚 The mix of earthy matcha with the sweet strawberry is so refreshing and perfectly balanced. It’s creamy, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness—I honestly can’t stop ordering it. Definitely my new go-to drink!

Lucas is the best! always a positive experience when they are working the drive through!!!!!! so thoughtful, positive, and truly some of the best customer service i have ever experienced! I get excited when i hear their voice working the drive through because i know my order will be perfect and so will my experience!

The cashier experience was not that hot. The barista doing our order was outstanding. The food quality was OK. The drinks were tasty. I can taste. There's a difference in flavors. Overall, it was a good experience.

the manager has an awful attitude. a while back he made us circle around the drive-thru multiple times in a row while
nobody else was there because our order wasn't done yet. today he used a very unprofessional & rude tone telling us that next time we shouldn't pull into the drive-thru so soon after placing an order through the app... considering the fact no one else was there it seems unnecessary. guy clearly hates his life. with all the starbucks around i'd recommend taking your business elsewhere, unless you want to risk someone spitting in your drink.

ordered through drive through when i was told my drink can’t be made with any modifications (refresher no lemonade sub peach juice). was a little confused because i get this drink everyday before work but usually stop at the store just up the block.

left the drive through and simply placed an order through the mobile app and magically they could make my drink 🪄

this location is always a little disappointing and you should just go to the one up the street. there is a reason why the two stores have such a difference in volume…

Don’t tell anyone, but I love this Starbucks location. It’s tucked away from the craziness. And has one of the best patios around. All in all, a pleasant place to get work done… or just enjoy a few minutes of down time.

I want to give a shoutout to Henry because he was the best Starbucks employee I’ve ever delt with. He was so professional, funny, and kind. Very good customer service. I also overheard a very rude and arrogant customer arguing with a worker through the drive through and whoever the worker was, was extremely professional and just tried to deescalate the situation when someone was blatantly being so rude for no reason. I will be back to this Starbucks forsure!
