I placed a mobile order for frappe. I get arrived a little sooner before it was fixed. I waited A very long time for this order to come up. There were people that came in after me that received their order before me. When Their order was complete. They loudly said their name so they can pick up their order. Once my order was completed, they just set my order down and didn’t even call my name. I will never come back to this location ever again and it’s close to my place. I never felt so the discriminated against ever at a Starbucks. I’m not sure if it’s because I only tipped $.50 this time because I really didn’t have money to give my normal dollar 50 tip but I really felt unappreciated and lack of Customer Service makes me never ever want to come back to this place again. If I do, it would be through the drive-through that way I won’t feel the way I’m feeling right now

Staff is typically friendly. I Attempted to get coffee at this location twice this week, both times they were closed protesting as if their positions couldn’t be replaced by literally anyone with a pulse. Bruh, you sell seven dollar cups of coffee in a position designed to get you through High school or college, Starbucks is not a career choice. Your complaining comes off as spoiled little brats.

Horrible management, it’s devastating that the Starbucks by Walmart shut down, that really was the best one in town. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this Starbucks. Every time I place a mobile order, it’s a huge wait— why are you letting people still place mobile orders if there is a huge line around the block? And why can you never get a simple latte right? I absolutely will not return. The other Starbucks on Fairview is just as terrible, if not worse than this one. Extremely disappointed.

Since Starbucks implemented changes to reduce costs, the Chai Latte with oat milk is a waste of money. They switched to Chobani for oat milk, and it completely ruins Chai. I don't know what other changes they made, but the Chai doesn't even taste like Chai. I get 2 extra pumps, and still no Chai flavor. Save your money and make your own. Also, the drive-thru at this location is super short, so vehicles get stuck sitting out on the street; a traffic accident in the making.

Drink tasted really good. Was a long drive-through so i decided to go inside being in a rush. I was the only person ordering a drink inside. The three baristas legit made every person in drive through lines drink before mi e and every mobile order even for people who weren’t even there yet. Maybe this is Starbucks policy but I personally find it rude when I get out of my car and go inside and I am ignored and every mobile order or drive through order is helped before me.

There are two potholes so massive in this parking lot that if you drive a sedan you’ll potentially destroy your car. All those coffee sales and the world’s richest coffee brand can’t afford to fix a pothole?
