Have you ever had to clean a sandwich? Neither have I, until I came here. I asked for light chipotle sauce on the app, and apparently, they wanted to let me try out their new "chipotle sauce sandwhich." It was so terribly made that I almost felt like stomping on it like the dude from Squid Games season 2 did to the bread buns. But it wouldn't have mattered because the thing looked stomped on already. The staff were yelling at everyone because they were busy, even though there were only maybe 4 or 5 people in the entire line...?
They got the other sandwhich right, so thats good. But take a look.

This place should be closed and management should be reported for letting staff drown in orders . It’s insane that they expect one single staff member to handle 7+ online orders and lines of customers at the same time. Skip this place unless you want to keep funding this abuse. I feel bad for the workers because they were so sweet andstill had a good attitude through it all. :(

Veggies taste like straight chemicals. So gross I threw my whole sandwich is the trash. I got chicken with lettuce, black olives, pickels, tomato and mayo.

Rude people behind the counter. Did not know how to make my sandwich, and when she added the sauce, it was a LOT of sauce. 1/2 the sandwich was so soggy I couldnt eat it. Terrible experience, will NOT be going back to the HarMar Mall location.

This is hands down the best Subway I have been to in a long time. The Sandwich Artist who crafted my BLT did an amazing job and I ate the whole thing in 5 minutes. Thank you to the subway team who works here and takes their sandwich artistry to the next level!

The young dark-haired heavy set white girl was extremely rude, didn't say hi, didn't make the sandwich properly and then had the nerve to mention that they accept tips. Just close this location.

9 dollars for a regular 6 inch turkey tom sub. What in the hell subway.
I ordered from their website, wasn’t aware that DoorDash would be the company to deliver, needless to say I never received my order. I instantly called door dash and subway and neither wants to accept the responsibility of refunding me my money!! Over 1 week later I’m still waiting on my money. Ohh I forgot to mention the entire from the time the driver picked up my order til she hit delivered her and I were in communication through text cause she said she spoke no English so we had to do the translation thingy!! But I would appreciate my $74 back!!!

This place would not make the 2nd roast beef and started to get mad at the grubhub driver when he was on the phone with me. Grubhub can not get ahold of this place. So if they mess up your food. Good luck.
