This place is so cute! I came here to get lunch and loved how cozy it was. The space is really big and can accommodate big groups. Their pastries are super popular, especially the quiches. I got seasonal veggie sandwich with a seasonal special coffee and it was pretty good! The people working there were super sweet. My favorite part was the huge counter where you could see all the magic happen. They were bringing out freshly baked breads and goods and it smelled amazing.

Funny I thought this grateful table was the restaurant in Castlegar British Columbia. Whom I wrote a good review and then went back in there and was refused service. And well I'm sure your restaurant is great that's why I put five stars but if that restaurant is connected I certainly would have put no stars or none.

I found myself disappointed in many ways...got there at 10am to find 4 menu items out and a very limited selection of baked items. The available selection was about 25% of the photos on Google. Paid $57 for breakfast for 3, was given the wrong croissant, a half cup of water when asking for an ice water and was charged $2 for paying with a credit card. Food tasted ok but this is the one and only visit to this place for me. I will spend my restaurant dollars elsewhere.

Absolutely love this little spot. All freshly made foods and ingredients. Didn't have a salad but saw several folk enjoying the various garden gems. I had the Turkey and cheddar on sourdough bread with garlic aïoli and fresh greens. Very delicious, but on the small side, probably the perfect portion size but didn't curve my appetite. Did some house chips and some fresh baked chocolate chip cookies buy one get one fifty off. The ladies working the counter were simply splendid, great attitudes and very accommodating. Not a very big dine in area but sufficient for the area and traffic. This spot is close to my work so I'll be back!

Unassuming place in a strip center - nothing fancy here, but boy was it good! I had the turkey, bacon and cheddar sandwich with slaw. Ate every single bite. It's a bakery, so can't leave without a cookie - English Toffee for the win!

Was excited to try a local spot instead of a chain cafe/coffee shop. Was confused that they don’t have guest WiFi. I get being “disconnected” and all but I came specifically to work…and I paid for coffee and a pastry so I wasn’t there just to mooch wifi.

Great little place with incredible food, good coffee and awesome service. It's off the main road so there's not a lot of traffic, so it's very quiet and private. I'll definitely go back.

Good food, decent coffee, but unwelcoming atmosphere. From the sign in the entry that says “absolutely no outside food or drink welcome” (isn’t that obvious?) to being confronted by management for plugging computer into wall and “using their electricity” - I just can’t make myself return.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free quiche is good

My husband and I were looking for a new place to have breakfast after being out early to drop off our car to be serviced. We looked online and discovered The Grateful Table, which we had not heard of. The information about it seemed promising. The concept is the same as Taste of Scandinavia. You go up to the counter, order from the menu on the wall, and/or choose the bakery items under glass right in front of you. However, Taste of Scandinavia has them completely beat...for ambience/decor/furnishings/dishes and tableware, hot dishes, and coffee . The coffee was very watered down and the atmosphere is not encouraging. The one thing that was quite good was the raisin cinnamon roll. And the prices are just as high at The Grateful Table!

This place has potential, but, sadly, the way it is managed will be its demise. I used to frequent the Grateful Table with a large group of women on Saturday mornings after our workout. The quality of the food is okay, although a bit pricey considering you are eating on paper plates with plastic utensils. It's Achille's hill, though, is it's lack of customer service/customer focus. We tolerated the lacksadasical, transactional service for sake of convenience. A few months ago, tersely written signs were posted stating that no outside food or drink was allowed. I completely understand that a business would not want customers bringing in their own food and beverages and squatting in their space without making a purchase. That said, signs like these are my pet peeve. If you have an issue with a specific customer, be an adult and address it with them directly instead of posting nasty grams to the masses. On our last visit, three ladies in our party had water bottles as they were rehydrating having just come from a long run. Before we could even order coffee and food, we were approached and told we had to take our water bottles outside, including one that was empty. We did as we were asked, ordered only coffee, and agreed to never return. We have subsequently moved to the Rosedale Panera where they seem to appreciate our business.

First time visiting- seemed nice enough, but really surprised to learn that there's no public wifi. I came in to do work at this coffee shop that had pastries & seating, but apparently the network advertising Guest wifi at the Grateful Table was old.

The stuffed omelet was delicious! The workers are amazing and you can tell they care! When I'm in the area, I'll be back!

I was so excited to try The Grateful Table after reading the reviews. It's an adorable little cafe that's light and airy. The pastry case would make even the most pastry hating person drool. But sadly, that's where my love affair stops. We had breakfast on an early Saturday morning. There were only two other people eating when we arrived, We both ordered the stuffed omelet's. They were described as being stuffed with roasted vegetables, hashbrowns, cheese and meat of your choice. When our food arrived, it was served on paper plates with plastic utensils. Our omelets had no hashbrowns inside and the only vegetables we found were a few tiny strips of pepper and what seemed to be canned mushrooms. On each plate were little square potatoes and 1 slice of cold toast with a butter packet. Everything was cold, the eggs were not set on the inside. We were not offered any type of jam for our toast and salt, pepper and napkins ere nowhere to be found. By the time we realized that our food was not as described customers started lining up and we knew there would be a longer wait for replacement food. Our bill was $37, which was a lot considering what we received. Honestly, I've had better breakfasts at hotel breakfast bars. Maybe we hit them on an off morning but I will not be returning to find out.

This place will brighten your day, with excellent breads and sandwiches, inventive cakes and bar desserts, and friendly staff. The bread is so light and fresh-tasting, you'll think you never had proper bread before. Do yourself a favor and try this place!

Although this is a quaint spot with average coffee and good snacks/food, there is no public WiFi. The vibes are not too exciting. I also feel like they up charged for using a credit card. But if you need to meet someone in Roseville for coffee this is a good spot!
