Noukee’s artistry is on another level, and we are so thrilled that we hired her to make a stunning wedding cake to display (and eat) at our wedding!! Since our wedding décor and theme centered around my husband and I’s Taiwanese heritage, we wanted to find a cake artist that could make a cake that would honor that without looking generic or over the top. Noukee has a beautiful blend of minimalism and color in the cakes she makes and I have never seen cake silhouettes like hers before. I loved that we were able to just talk through ideas for the cake, provide her with some inspiration pictures (for us it was Taiwanese lanterns and the Taiwanese national flower), and let her take the reins. She provides you with several different design options, and we are so glad we went with her favorite design and the tweaks she suggested to it because the cake was STUNNING! It also tasted great – the Raspberry Rose was a hit! If you’re looking for a showstopper of a cake, The Salted Cake should absolutely be on your list.

I wanted to love these cupcakes because they are so pretty and ny husband was so proud. But all of them were so dry and stale. Every cupcake tasted like it was 2 weeks old. I am so disappointed. Some were so dry the paper was completely stuck to them. For the price, not worth it. Bummed!
