The staff literally don't have to do anything but make drinks because of the ordering kiosks. Nonetheless, it's amazing how long they take, instead of actually making the drinks, laughing, joking, eating, and basically standing around doing nothing despite an full dining room of people waiting. They drop dishes on the floor and go on without picking them up. I didn't see any evidence of handwashing. If there was another convenient place for boba nearby, I'd happily never come here again. Gross.

Great boba! Try one of the waffles at least once & then if you really don't like it you don't have to get it again (but I do!) Make sure to get a punch card because you get a free drink after 8 or 10 purchases(I forget). This place is a must if you like fun drinks! Definitely recommend.

They have very bad customer service. I've been there several times and they don't want to sell me waffles anymore. Just because they don't want to clean anymore, they're lazy. It should be noted that I go at a reasonable time, I go 40 minutes or more before they close and they deny me the product.

The tall guy messes up my order every time. He sense of service is trash. He will hand you your cup with liquids spilling all out! It takes him 10 minutes to make the drink that consist of just pouring and stirring.The short white lady is rude. To everyone. It’s like we are bothering her by coming in smh

I would say I have pretty high boba standards and on the Minnesota scale - Tii Cup is up there! They have several locations across the Twin Cities and I'm glad they do! Service is always pretty good, they're pretty friendly and try to get orders out as quickly as they can. Any time I've had an issue they've been really nice. This location is in a really convenient spot, in a shopping mall, nearby a ton of other errands you may need to run!I don't think this location has food so I prefer the other ones but overall a solid place!

I went in to order boba and they said we had to wait 45 mins for more boba and when I ordered without boba and handed them a fifty dollar billy to pay for three drinks the cashier said they didn’t take fifty dollar bills! I was so upset I’m never giving them service again.
