Let down. Wings were floating in grease, but absolutely NO flavor. Had to add seasoning at home. Also, meat was super tough, so either overcooked or not great quality. A few employees seemed to be hanging out in the kitchen rather than helping. Watched a worker literally rub her eye for several minutes, then touched multiple items, including cups/food bags without ever stopping to wash hands or use sanitizer. Employee taking orders in person seemed to really be struggling. This used to be my go to place, but I'm done now. Will pay the few extra bucks for Buffalo Wild Wings. Honestly, even frozen Tyson wings are better than what I got last stop at Wingstop. :(

Staff needs to make DoorDash / UberEats drivers show that they confirmed order when they pick up. Real tired of driving over here to pick up an order to find that someone else has already taken it. Make them confirm pickup, in their app. Just being given a name, is not confirmation. They can just walk out and unassign the order and walk away with the customers order. Do better!

I placed an order through the app, picked up and got back to take a bite and definitely not what I ordered. Called the restaurant and they said that the manager was going to refund my money. I asked for email of the refund and was told I should get one. That was on a Saturday, Tuesday evening still nothing came, so I called and manager was on break and they will call me back when done. Still nothing by Thursday and called again and the lady answered said she was a manager but will check with the one working on Saturday and promised me a call back the next day. The next day came and gone with nothing. Can’t trust them for anything and calling them is just rings and voicemails box is full. Just do what you said you were going to do and refund me for the awful food that I threw away because you didn’t put the correct sauce on them. Waste of time and money!

The wings and fries weren’t that good. My daughter ordered at the BC location so I thought it would’ve been the same. Nope. The fries weren’t good and neither were the wings. The ones that I had with flavor were too salty. For myself I wouldn’t do it again.

Poor service, manager is rude, being biased. I asked to use the restroom an hour ago. I was told they don’t have a public restroom. I was directed to use the bathroom down the hall that’s 60 yards away. I come back and this lady ask for the code and she allows her to use it. I see why this establishment has low reviews. She refused to give me the managers number and her name.

The worst experience i’ve ever had at a wing-stop. There were 2 other customers in the store, I ordered online and it took 30 minutes before I saw my bag get put on the rack. There was 4 people in the kitchen and one person back and forth on register. I was waiting behind another customer and they handed him his bag and instead of helping me she walked away and talked to her co-worker. It took 10 MORE minutes for them to come up and ask me what I needed after making eye contact with someone upwards of 15 times. My food was cold by the time I got it and I didn’t get any of my sauce. I just wanted tenders 😐

The wings were very yummy, however there was poor/slow service and a bad atmosphere. Seating was very limited and dirty. The website was janky. Receipt said we get free fries when we fill out the survey, but then we did not get free fries. The fries were not seasoned. They also did not answer their phone. There is no free water. One of those places you go to and regret not choosing your second option.

They never give you the ranch that “comes with the meal” you gotta order extra if u want any 😬 foods great, just annoying I have to always pay extra for something that should come with the meal
