We stopped for a quick lunch today and to pickup a cake. We often just stop for icecream treats (that are overpriced!). Lunch was terrible and very disappointing!! It was so cold inside and the fan ran the whole time so we froze, literally. We waited 15+ min for our food which came cold, fries tasted old and slightly reheated, crispy onion burger was cold and came without crispy onions, salad had literally 5 small pieces of chicken with big hunks of unchopped lettuce, pop was flat and blizzards had no strawberries in them and tons of chocolate chunks on the bottom of the cups (they weren’t served upside down either). Staff weren’t friendly and were in no hurry to serve/prepare food. We won’t be back for quite a while as we spent $25+ and it was 100% not worth it at all.

i came here earlier this week, and i was pleased with the speed of these youngins!!! although… i could here somebody yelling at employees in the back who i’d assume was the manager!!!! that’s NOT okay. not to mention my food wasn’t handled with the safety precautions it should as i saw raw food and cooked food being touched with bare hands…. i also noticed the blizzards machines weren’t being cleaned between the different flavours!!!! i was also displeased with the fact i saw employees eating customers food!!! this includes my fries…. plus the store bathrooms were pretty filthy..

Hi there! Diana here for another review! This is my first not so great review LOL! I walked in and the atmosphere in the place was OK? Only OK? Took my dog bridgette here, and there were no pup cups!! I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip box… I GOT 4 STRIPS!!!! Do better😩!

Legit 27 minutes and 20$ for a water, soda, curds and fries. When we tried to correct the charges we were told the only way to get water was in the 2 for $6 deal. Lol. Asked for regular curd and small fry regular soda and glass of water. Charged for large curds which were frozen in the center. Than left waiting in the parking lot while everyone around us got their food. Do not recommend

My husband and I Come here often and lately. It has been very poor food quality. Because every time we come here, our French fries are ice cold and they haven't been in the deep fire long enough. We have to beg for extra ketchup packets. Another thing is the tray funnel that brings down your ice cubes, has black mold in it all the time. It's disgusting. My husband's cheeseburger tonight was dried out and black. So over well done. I always order the Alaskan fish sandwich and it never comes with enough tartar sauce. I guess we're gonna have to look for a different place to go for a Dairy Queen grill.
Tried the new caramel toffee cookie blizzard. Cookie pieces were mushy...get rid of them. 2/5

Very little butterfinger in Blizzard! Told they can only put 3 scoops in blizzard, otherwise $0.79 for more . Mostly just ice cream. Won’t stop here again!

Service was amazing and the food was good. However, I was very concerned to see a crew member in the kitchen handling both raw and cooked food without gloves. I noticed him touching my food directly and then placing items in the fryer, again with no gloves. This is a serious food safety violation that puts customers at risk. I strongly recommend that the manager and team at this location review and reinforce proper food safety guidelines.
