Service was amazing and the food was good. However, I was very concerned to see a crew member in the kitchen handling both raw and cooked food without gloves. I noticed him touching my food directly and then placing items in the fryer, again with no gloves. This is a serious food safety violation that puts customers at risk. I strongly recommend that the manager and team at this location review and reinforce proper food safety guidelines.

Not pleased at all at the service . What dairy queen doesn't dip a candy crunch cone. Well it's this place so when I get my cone it comes with a small amount and I mean a small amount of the candy crunch and I paid and ordered extra and did not get it and had to ask for it and got another small amount. For real that candy crunch is not gold so why are they so cheap with it when I pay for extra. Will never come back to this place ever

Having to leave a tip now on my credit card and is WILD! And it you don’t get an option to change it from no tip or custom tip. It’s just a standard option of 15% to 50%! Employees leave and won’t help you cause they hand the machine to you. You feel obligated to do this which is so wrong!
