I visited the Royalton Dairy Queen location with my family on March 2nd. We were pleasantly greeted with a smile from a girl named Liz at the front counter We ordered burger meals. The food was hot and delicious! Since it was a colder day outside we did not think we wanted ice cream but then changed our minds as we were going to our cars. We only had a couple sundaes. But keep charging for a cup of water and the 25 cents won't 'make up for' 'disgruntled customers.' SOME things need to be complimentarily if businesses want to 'stay in business.' In my 71 years almost no one has charged for water.

I couldn't hear the gal taking my order nor could she hear me.
That was frustrating enough, then when I got up to the window to pay, I get this big device stuck in my face, being told I needed to pick a tip amount before I could submit my PMT.
Fully disgusted.
