What a great spot! Bright and friendly atmosphere, kind staff, yummy food, generous portions, reasonable prices. We got the fajitas (with chicken) and the carne asada, but there were so many other things on the menu we want to try — plus coffee and ice cream! I'm gluten sensitive and was thrilled to have so many tanatalizing things to choose from. (Note that I'm NOT celiac-level sensitive, so I can't comment on cross-contamination precautions or 100% gluten-free concerns, but there were many menu items without wheat. We did skip the fries, which looked super yummy, because the staff said they were not gluten-free.)
We sat at a picnic table on the little back patio, since we had our dog along, and that was very pleasant.
Lovely spot, totally worth the trip from Rochester. Looking forward to coming back!

HIDDEN LOCAL GEM! The food here is excellent!! It’s authentic and the owner really cares about the quality of his product. The inside is clean and it’s great for dining in and take out. The portions are very generous too. It’s rare to find great food in the mid west and this place is is a hidden gem!! The owner is just the sweetest man too!
Excellent curizo supremo burrito. The Best carnitas quesadilla my daughter and I have ever eaten. We'll definitely be back again to try more of the dishes here. Nice remodel of what looked to be an old service station.
Parking: Was here for dinner, but I believe you would call this traditional counter service for lunch

This place used to be great but prices have increased and they say they charge 1.00 extra per sauce. The salsas are in tiny containers? Your meals should come with the sauce of your choice. Sad. Was told sour cream comes with the quesadilla not salsa but yet I wasn’t even given sour cream and was charged 6.00$ extra for 2 1oz salsas?! Ridiculous!

I have only had their ice cream selection. Which has a decent selection. I have had a few of their flavors and they have been good. The people I have all gone with have liked their choices so as of now, I haven't heard anything negative about their ice cream selections. the atmosphere is cozy. Feels diner-ish. There are picnic tables for outside eating as well
