This is based on five different experiences. Could've been better is an understatement. The person on the phone was not very knowledgeable, and didn't seem to want to try to find out (or understand the questions). I was charged extra for services that had not been explained to me; based on what the driver said when I asked. As he proceeded to walk away while still talking. As aggravated as I was, I believe this behavior is typical of young people (School age) these days. Summing up, this place, Jimmy's Pizza, seems to be the perfect example of small town rudeness.

Yes there pizzas are very good whatever thickness crust is your pleasure. They deliver the pizza and they are nice and hot even in the middle of winter. I haven't been in there new location but walking by it smells Wonderful. They do have. More than pizza.

Came in and sat down because first time thought someone would come and take our order (we didn’t see any signs and this was a while ago). We sat and sat. Someone was standing behind the counter just standing there and we thought that was weird. “Why isn’t he taking our orders?” we thought. Still we continued to sit and wait patiently. We watched people come in and grab their pizzas to-go. We waited and waited and finally decided we weren’t going to wait any longer. We then go to the restaurant across the street and talked to someone about this place and they said that we had to go up to the counter to order. Well why didn’t the guy behind the counter tell us that? He watched us sit there and wait. Maybe he thought we were waiting for other people but we wasted time here. Never plan on coming back. Disappointed with my experience.

2hr round trip to provide for a party! Well worth it as I'm sure I'm not the only one who misses the franchise that was in Zumbrota, tasted just like the Jimmy's I remember!

It’s the best lasagna in the world! Of course I always ask for extra sauce on it. I am never disappointed.Parking: Super easy location. Especially in the evening. On Main Street in Saint Charles.

Boneless wings barely done. Received the wrong pizza, they remade it and yep, wrong again! Still had unwanted toppings and barely done. Clearly they tossed the 2nd one together in a hurry. Usually a good place to order from. Could have offered a refund, they wanted the first one back! Ended up finishing cooking in oven

Very disappointed. I’ve been a customer of Jimmy’s since they were in Kasson. I’ve ordered from them in st Charles before and got the same quality. This time, however, the pizza was great but the cheese bread (my favorite) was burnt, chewy and tasteless. I drove from Rochester to get this order and I will not be back again. Very disappointed and I will never come back to Jimmys ever again.

I moved into town a few weeks ago and this place has been my go to for reasonably priced takeout.I have ordered several pizzas, never had a single problem. There cheesestix are a late night go to of mine.Service is good with the staff being very friendly and helpful.Best part. I live right next door.

We had a special request on the Alfredo to use spaghetti noodles instead of fettuccine. The little guy who we got it for ate the whole thing. He is extremely picky and his mom said he usually will not eat restaurant Alfredo. The pizza and sticky were delicious and food was delivered hot. Prices were not bad either Thank you so much!!
