I go here ALL the time with my kiddos. The staff is ALWAYS super helpful and polite, even when they are crazy busy!! I appreciate that alot!! I definitely recommend this location! Its my
Came in for a quick ice cream and ended up getting it free for teacher appreciation week! How awesome. The staff was great and my smores blizzard was just what I wanted!
Too many second chances and even thought doing a mobile order would help. Nope. I did call and they have my name on a list for a blizzard but they’re not fooling me again!
I had the absolute BEST service at this DQ in Saint Francis! I called two DQs to see if there was any way I could get two cakes - one that looked like a spongebob theme (I would add my own spongebob decor) and something that looked dinosaur themed. Well, the first DQ told me I could come the day of and look in their front display case and hope for good things. But this DQ in Saint Francis went above and beyond! The worker went through and found two cakes that would work, and she said that she could add a dinosaur to one and possibly the writing if it fit as well. To my utter delight and surprise, these were the cakes that I picked up!! She did an amazing job and even made the second cake Spongebob themed! I wish I had remembered her name because she deserves the biggest shout-out. Thank you so much for helping to make two kids' birthday wishes come true. They LOVED the cakes!
I'm not sure why I keep going back to the St Francis location. This is a large caramel sundae with extra caramel. I'm so glad I paid extra for for extra caramel only to receive barely a single serving. You'd think since this is a treats only location that they'd have it perfected. So disappointed. I'm done with the St Francis location. This isn't the first issue I've had at this location, just the first time I've left a review.

This is by far the best Dairy Queen that my family has frequented over the years. Whether we go inside, or order through the drive-thru, the service is exceptional and friendly. They may not have as many food options, but that comes with being small and more personable. I appreciate knowing that I can pop into this DQ and get everything and more than what I ordered.

My recent visit to the Dairy Queen in St. Francis, Minnesota, was disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and lacked basic customer service skills, which added to the frustration.
The ice cream, which is typically the highlight at an ice cream restaurant, was melting and poorly presented. To top it off, I've given this specific location multiple chances. As a customer paying for an item, it's expected that the item comes as such. Multiple times, I've asked for extra topping mixed into the blizzard, as I want more than just vanilla ice cream with minced bits every other 5 bites. I ask for triple the amount, and I am absolutely willing to pay for that and do pay for it. However, what I receive every time is either no extra added or a glob on top barely mixed, and then the rest is plain and empty from the middle down. Now, I've obviously been to multiple locations in and out of state. Apparently, living in North Carolina and Texas spoiled me for getting what was asked for. Every time, my blizzards were loaded with topping mixed in as one would expect when asking for 3 times the amount. My issue is that I'm paying for this and don't receive it or receive it in an obnoxious way.
One night I was told, after asking for 3 extra scoops to remind them when I get to the pay window, that seemed very odd as they should be handing me my order then, not reminding them something I just asked for less than 30 seconds ago.
I now make my own blizzards at home because I don't feel like dealing with the lack of care from this location. Again, I've given multiple chances before finally writing my review. This has been great for me and my family though, because now we don't have to leave home and it's so simple to make!
Overall, this Dairy Queen failed to meet the standards one would expect from the chain. There are definitely better options in the area for a quick bite or a sweet treat. I will not be back to this location and from what I've read this is an ongoing issue, friends in the area also agree and are doing the same in making theirs at home.

Ordered a cake and asked to have it written on, while bringing it back out to me they dropped it. They did not say anything just said it would be a few extra minutes. About 10 minutes later they said that there was a situation and they had dropped it, then they had completely frosted it again, but then spilled a whole thing of sprinkles on it. In the end I was able to pick out a new cake, which I was thankful for. I wish that would have been an option at the dropped cake stage.
They have Orange Julius! They are a smaller DQ, so they only serve hotdog meals. They don't have burgers or chicken. They do have all the ice cream options that the other DQ's have, plus the Orange Julius options.

Went through the drive through and stopped taking are order half way through so we drove up to the window to finish are order and the girl acted like nothing happened, I work at a Dairy Queen and I ordered a cotton candy blizzard with the extra pink sauce in it and there was 0 extra pink sauce or any at all in it because it gives the blizzard a pink tint and builds up on the edges and my blizzard was not mixed all the way to the sides, also tastes like a hint of perfume or lotion of some sort was in it, very bad customer service and not good at making blizzards, the girl was friendly besides that at least.
I was contacted and helped with issue and had no idea the speakers were broken which can make ordering very hard, very thankful for being contacted and helped
