It's not just mc Donald's I've only been here once so idk if it happens here a lot. But just like almost every other fast food place I go to when I ask not to have something put on my food it is. I ordered a burger... no cheese. Somehow even though the label on the little box it was in said no cheese, there was cheese all over it. I was already 15 min down the road because i ate my fries first. Do I just have to check every single order to make sure the person making the food can read?

Great service and food but it gets disappointing when they often have a broken ice cream machine or out of espresso shots

For the cost and wait, you might as well go to Beef O'Brady's across the parking lot. Seating is at least more comfortable, and you can have a beer while you spend your time waiting.

Not a place I would bring my kids. The staff in the kitchen were swearing every other word. My food was brought out and put at the table. The table I was sitting at was probably the cleanest on there. I got a large fry and drink and the fry container wasn't all the way full. There was a big voided area at the bottom. I guess coming in at 2:15 you get the leftovers from the lunch rush.

Literally every time I go to this McDonald's it is bad everytime. The fries are double cooked meaning, we're old and cold then stuck back in the fryer. Tonight was cold and old. Ontop of that I ordered light salt. They need to be out. I also ordered plain cheeseburger. The bun tasted over cooked and burger was very dry. I'm fed up. Bad experience everytime I go there. Not no more I'm done. I hope the rest of you consider ditching them too. Horrible!!!!!!

Not too bad to go to in the afternoon on a workday. Weekends though order is always wrong. Ordered two double cheese burgers plain. Got one with all the fixings and another where they clearly added onions and then scrapped it off with a spatula.
If you want to charge a premium price you need provide a premium service and product.
