We went to Mulligan's in St. Francis last night don't waste your time. My burger was Raw and I mean RAW. I like red meat but I couldn't do it.My fries were not done. They came over to the side of the bar that we were on and shut the Twins game off twice.I went to the restroom and they took my drink and left my glass of water.

My son loves the fries, and it’s tough to beat sitting on the patio with the family, eating a little dinner with your kid, and then getting out to do some golfing!
Kid-friendliness: The staff at Mulligans and the Ponds have always been welcoming to our toddler! His favorite is the quesadilla and the fries, along with a tall glass of lemonade!

Pretty basic menu, food was alright. Service was friendly. I'd have to see better quality and menu options to come back.
I only gave this restaurant one star because I had to. My husband ordered a burger, he said that it tasted strange when he was eating it, like freezer burnt meat or cleaner from the grill that wasn't rinsed. He has been vomiting for the past four hours. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant. Update: Food poisoning. I spoke with the manager of the restaurant, and he did offer to buy us dinner. I declined as we are not willing to take the risk of getting sick!
