I had used the DQ app & did my order Online said it would be ready at 233p & it was actually done early so when we arrived there was no waiting. Way to go Ellie& Maraya!

I went there today to treat my three kids and husband to lunch after a long shopping season. I spent $72!!! (Which is insane!) The food was awful. The fries were cold and stale. I swear the fries were probably leftover from yesterday because i was in there within an hour of them opening. My husbands chicken sandwich was also cold and dry, and the kids chicken fingers were stale. I called the St James location, and the associate dismissed me and my concerns. Could care less about my food experience. Anyway, I'm here to tell you to spend your $72 elsewhere. DO NOT, I repeat Do Not go the the Dairy Queen in St James. Its horrific!!!!!

The crew works as fast as they can to get through the cars to keep the drive thru and lobby going. The Dairy Queen team provides service with a smile.
