Terrible customer service waited over an hour for 4 meals on Saturday went back in a few days later ordered a 6 piece nuggets with small fries and the manager on duty tried making me pay for ONE sauce when its suppose to come with a sauce was very rude not sure what his name is but I do know he is the brother of the store manager

Tried to use a code for a discount on a Quarter Pounder, asked if the code worked on meals, and was told yes. Finished out order, then went to pay, cashier didn't confirm total when taking my card, and found out after getting our food that we had been charged for a second Quarter Pounder without us knowing until we looked in the bag. This is not the first time they've gotten our order wrong here, but its the first time they added on to our order without our knowledge or consent. Very frustrating.

honestly i live in st.james and I've seen this place decline in service. id rather go to a mcdonalds in a different town. it's common to have something missing from your order or have it be somebody else's altogether. once, I ordered from the drive thru, they got it wrong. I came in to correct it, and once again they got that wrong. it's very frustrating specially if you're in a hurry to go somewhere. Wouldnt recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Opens at 0600 on Saturday. I walk in with things still dark and the employee whom I startled says we don’t open until 0630. I said your website and door would disagree to which she responded we woke up late and so we’re not opening until 0630. Told me it wasn’t my fault (yeah no crap). I have a team to feed and no where to feed them.

Food is OK. But every time there's something missing from our order. Like we ordered nuggets with extra sauce, they didn't put it in again, but they charge you for it. They sure don't forget that part of it. This is just one example of our experience there.

If your not going through thr drive thru, don't expect any human interaction. You can stand at the counter and they will walk by and not acknowledge you, no matter how long you been there. The self checkout kiosk has ruined this place.

Clerk service, name Adaline was so rude, bringing the food to our table, forgetting about half of food,I have to get up from my table couple times to get the rest of the food, working with customers it's hard, I understand that point, but when someone it's not happy with what the labor, just let someone also do it for you.
