Ordered pizzas through their app. The store called and said they wouldn't have a driver for an hour and a half. I was hosting a work meeting, but figured picking them up was better than waiting that long. Upon arriving, the restaurant was trying to charge me 5 dollars more for carryout than it was for delivery. Keep in mind, my total had a 5 dollar delivery fee already. They shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed in their service.

6:45 pm on a Monday and they turned us away for dine in. There’s literally people in there right now eating. We drive 30 minutes specifically to eat here. The guy at the front asked the manager if we could dine in and the manager still said no

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered 16 wings and fries through the app, which said my food would be ready around 6:23 PM. I arrived at the drive-thru line at 6:49 PM and waited about 40 minutes because the line was 9 cars long. When I finally reached the window, I was told my food wasn’t even done and that the app time “isn’t accurate.” They then told me it would be another 40 minutes to prepare my order, which makes no sense for wings and fries. I asked for a refund, and they said they couldn’t give a refund because the manager was too busy and I was told to come back in 40 minutes instead. Completely unacceptable. Long wait, inaccurate app times, poor communication, and no customer service. I don’t recommend.

If I could go zero I would. I have ordered many times here and it is subpar at best and at worst it is raw chicken and burnt pizza. When you call to let them know you are met with rude staff and they will treat you like an inconvenience that they want to go away. Iv been double charged on my card where I had to go in to get a cash refund. I spend 70 to 100 dollars here in a single order. For that price I could go somewhere that pretends their customers matter. I think this is my last time ordering from them which stinks because it’s one of the only pizza places in town.

When you call and you ask what’s the special for carry out and DIANA Proceeds to tell me she doesn’t know and she can’t ask because she is busy and that I should check on line…Why have a person work there is they can’t even give u info on the specials!!!!Love the food there and the guy that runs it is great!!

Kind staff, just not super impressed with the thin crust pizza we had the other night. I've had take n bakes and frozen pizzas that were much better. Again, everyone was nice, friendly staff. Just the pizza, at least the thin crust, I didn't really enjoy.

Something was wrong with the dough on this day. Normally we love Pizza Hut, but the deep dish and the cheese sticks both were flat and chewy. The deep dish pizza looked like hand tossed, but had the edges of deep dish, and was half as thick as normal. The thin crust was very good. The people were nice, but someone should have seen that nothing rose and remade or order.

This is a taco pizza from st james pizza hut. No lettuce, onion or tomatoes. You get salsa though! And two packs of sour cream and two bags of doritos! Just a beef pizza. nope.

A pizza hut you can actually sit in and enjoy is unheard of but you can here. Staff is friendly. Food was great. Plenty of parking. Right next to a hotel and down the street from a gas station so perfect if your a trucker or doing a stay at the hotel.

The worker was great waited about 10 minutes and a wonderful pizza came right to me I drive a semi so not alot of places I can get into so for them to bring it to me out to my rig because I don't fit in a normal drive thru I really appreciate that
