Heard of this place being the best. I live 25 minutes away, I was not disappointed. The service was very professional, the employees were very nice. The donuts and Mexican pastry were delicious. I will definitely be coming back, the drive was well worth it.
There are very few small town bakeries in this world. This one has been open nearly a century. Our family grew up with Schmidt’s and their caramel rolls are the standard by which we compare all others. Consider yourself fortunate if you have the opportunity to buy their goods.
The lady who works the front is amazing. She’s so nice and lent me a dollar since I was short. I am very appreciative for that. The cookie I bought are so delicious just like I remember.
