Krewe Restaurant

We love this place so much we named one of our huskies Krewe! I really hope you bring back Nettie’s pot roast! I loved it best with the gnocchi, but it’s such comfort food either way. We had it with our meal last night & was told this is the last week it will be on the menu. I really hope that just means for the summer & it’s back this fall. So many great dishes but it’s always going to be my favorite.

My husband heard about this restaurant from Taste Buds on channel 9. Our server Lauren was great very knowledgeable about all the food. Made sure everything was alright. Worth going to food is great we had crabcakes, oysters, my husband had Shrimp Jambalaya and I had Smothered Catfish with Red Potatoes. We'll go back worth the drive.

Phenomenal restaurant. What made me think to write a review was my fiancé and I just spent dinner at home talking about what we would get if we were at Krewe right now. Note: we haven’t been to St. Joseph in over 2 years. It’s just THAT good that we constantly think about it

While on a two week stint in MN we stumbled upon this place. After having tried around a dozen other places over numerous trips, this is the only one we returned to.

Over the two weeks I believe we ate here around 6-7 times, including three times in a two day period.

Fantastic food with actual spice, great portions for the price, and overall a very friendly staff. I am torn between being sad theyre not in my home state, and glad that I won't be obese and broke because they are. Absolutely worth the time and money and over all the meals there isnt one I didnt enjoy. The desserts are especially good.

Everything was outstanding. Our group shared several dishes. The meatloaf sandwich, cornbread and Brussels sprouts were especially delicious. Made a stop at the Flour and Flower bakery for some special treats. The rosemary short bread and compost cookies were our favorites. Can’t wait to go back.

Our 1st time at Krewe. We came for 2 for 1 wine happy hour & had the brussel sprouts. Delicious! Stayed for dinner - gumbo, jambalaya & cornbread, just the right amount and wonderful. We sat at the bar and Braxton was a great bartender & server. We'll be back!
