Krewe Restaurant

We made a reservation at 7pm on 01/03 and showed up at 6:50pm to wait for our table. We were informed that they didn't schedule their kitchen staff correctly and were needing to wait until 7:10 before they could seat anyone and they told us to leave and they would call us when they are ready for us. There was no text or phone call saying our reservation couldn't be met either. We waited until 7:11pm to hear from them and called. No one answered so we were forced to find a different restaurant to go to where we were able to get a seat thankfully! I received a call at 7:21pm saying they FINALLY had a seat for us. If you that reservations, you should be able to schedule your staff correctly or at the very least notify the people who reserved a spot that they wouldn't be able to keep their reservation.

We decided to stop in here for Christmas Eve dinner and WOW.
Appetizers of lamb cakes and hush puppies were great. Our dinners were all amazing. Highly recommend the stuff pork chop 10/10 and the beignets and holiday drinks were superb!! Even though they were very busy our service was great! We are already planning to come try brunch.
So nice to have a place like this even though we drove 35 minutes out of town. Thank you to the owners and staff!!

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing visit. While the food itself didn’t stand out, what stood out more was the lack of service. No one checked in during the meal, and our water glasses were never refilled. It made the experience feel neglected.

11/16/2025 Visit - had heard of this on a Facebook group and knew I had to check it out. Was REALLY glad we made the trip to visit, their food was amazing. I had the shrimp po boy which was excellent and full of shrimp, corn bread was just slightly sweet, boudin balls were really good. Hubs had the gumbo and said it was the best he’s had. Would love it to be closer, but then wouldn’t be special.

On our bi-monthly visit to Costco St. Cloud we had lunch. The food was fabulous. I have to say this is now our favorite restaurant in the area. Our server was excellent. It is a must visit if you love New Orleans style food. MN Maque Choux tasted like a bowl full on warm hugs! Grandpa's Gumbo was the best ever!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really made the visit special was our waitress, Tina. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she checked on us often without ever being intrusive. Tina’s excellent service truly elevated our meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It's a little bit loud but that is part of the experience I understand that... The servers are very friendly knowledgeable on the menu The food is absolutely amazing I've never been disappointed with any dish I've ordered here The pot roast is my go-to succulent delicious melting your mouth flavor bomb!

Sorry, this place is not it. Should have known when we walked in and asked about the patio to be met with a silent eyeroll. We only saw our waitress twice, once taking our order and then the bill. We had to ask other servers for everything. 5 people ordered meals and only one persons was edible which was a kids meal. This is not new Orleans food, the service was horrible and made worse by bad attitudes. And the food was a joke for the price.

The best food in the area! Crab cakes 10/10! Some of the dishes were a bit too salty for my taste but still very flavorful!

Recommend: Crab cakes, Shrimp etouffee, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Maque Choux, And try the bread from Flower anf Flour next door!

Excellent Po' Boy sandwiches. I had shrimp, husband had catfish. Our server Lindsey was a delight! We will be back.
