Ordered a pickup order for 3 meatball subs, arrived on time, and got the sandwiches. Went home to eat and took a bite of the sandwich and the meatballs were frozen cold, sauce cold as well. Even the other 2 toasted subs had cold meatballs and sauce. Called the restaurant, a girl answered, told her what happened, and all she said was she was sorry and then went silent… I said so yeah like what happened why are they cold? She just said I’m sorry and the manager should call you on Monday. I’m guessing they ran out of meatballs in the hot well and grabbed them from the freezer/fridge and either heated them in the microwave for a very small amount of time or just put the on the subs cold as well as the sauce. Had to disassemble each sub and heat them up all over again. Very frustrating, especially when you have a hungry toddler screaming at you. Overall, very unpleasant experience. We’ll see if a manager reaches out…

There are small workers who don't know how to welcome people. Since I was a new client at Subway, I just asked about the menu and they made jokes. It's okay. But they need to be trained well so that they can do their job very well.

Ordered off the app and the sandwich artist did not make me the correct one, didn't know until home. Wanted BLT and got the BLM or whatever. Than the app said footlong were 6.99 but charged reg price and the young workers didn't know how to change. Shouldn't have 16 year olds running the store and not know how to do anything.

The young girls working are always super friendly but the bread was extremely stale and the place needs a serious good scrub down…it was filthy.

This is not the first time I have gotten the worst sub from this place but tonight tops it. Little meat that was drier than a popcorn fart. The kid looked in the bin and hardly had any meat in it. Instead of grabbing a new one he just used what was in there that was all dried out. And not even enough there for a six inch. This is the last straw with me getting a sub from this location again

My sandwich turns out great EVERY time at this subway. They accept subway coupons and are very friendly :)) highly reccomend this location
I want to say great job to the lady’s working! They were very kind but the reason for the review is because when I got home and opened my cookies after finishing my sandwich I was missing some of my cookie! I ended up not eating my second cookie because idk if it was broken or bitten off. Also didn’t get my receipt to do the survey there either. Next time I will. Let me know your thoughts on the photo!
I took out a second mortgage to purchase a foot long. The sandwiches are pretty good every time and the staff are pleasant. I would definitely revisit once inflation subsides.

Ordered online over an hour early, on the app said they started making 3 sandwiches 10 mins early. Took them 25 mins after the set up pick up time. Didn't toast any of the sandwiches. Workers took their time with no care in the world. Only had 5 other people come in after we came in.
