I took out a second mortgage to purchase a foot long. The sandwiches are pretty good every time and the staff are pleasant. I would definitely revisit once inflation subsides.

Ordered online over an hour early, on the app said they started making 3 sandwiches 10 mins early. Took them 25 mins after the set up pick up time. Didn't toast any of the sandwiches. Workers took their time with no care in the world. Only had 5 other people come in after we came in.

This place is by far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to, I've lived in saint joseph for a few years and given this place multiple tries. Every time I've went the employees are all very rude and very short. The worst part of all is every sub I've ordered has also been horrible, between missing ingredients, added ingredients, and the Subs all looking like they were thrown at a wall before being handed through the drive through, this place is the worst. Will never be back.

Having not gone inside this particular subway in years due to a bad experience, I was doubtful, however I was pleasantly surprised. It was immaculately clean, everyone was friendly, food made well and even looks incredibly stuffed. I will definitely be going here again.

Ordered 3 footlongs online here and the order went through, but they were closed for no obvious reason. I got a text the next week from someone at the store, but I didn't have time to talk to them about it, and it ultimately slipped my mind. They should have just refunded my money but never did. Part of this is on me for not following that text up, but them not refunding my money automatically still has me upset.

Went through the drive thru. They have a touch screen to order and I couldn't reach it from my pick up so I had to get out of my truck to order.Stupidest set up for a drive thru I have ever seen
