Bagels were so fluffy and fresh. Ample cream cheese even had to take some off. Sean was attententive and great!

Nothing makes my morning sadder than a bagel that's literally missing half the schmear. This location is like a toxic relationship, I keep coming back even though they keep hurting me. Love me some honey Sriracha cream cheese (when they actually put it on my bagel). 💔

Ordered two different types of bagels (asiago and rosemary) and both were undercooked and tasted like raw flour. Absolutely inedible, even after toasting. So gross

I have to start by saying I use to work at this location, and wow has this location gone downhill. I have tried to give this location multiple chances as I do like Bruegger's Bagel, but every time there is something wrong, today I ordered ahead and this was the first time I had been in since their latest remodel and there was no environment at all nothing on the walls promoting items. Then I was informed that they were out of tomato's, at 7:15 am, and then I got my iced coffee and was informed that they were out of straws. I get being short staffed and I get being busy the day before but the closers clearly did not set up the openers for success either, the cooler was barely full everyone while I was waiting that had ordered bagel bundles had to ask the staff if there was any more cream cheese in back. I get that its hard to find work in this day but this location use to be far busier than it was this morning.

I love the bagel sandwiches here, but every single time there is an issue. This morning, I placed a pick-up order, got home, and both of the sandwiches were wrong. When I called to ask for a refund, the phone system says there is no one available to take my call and it hangs up on me. So there is literally no way to get this corrected.

Is there a cream cheese shortage?! What a waste of money. There were multiple of us that got basic bagel and cream cheese and all had next to none. Not even enough to cover each side of the bagel. Things keep getting more expensive and you get less. Makes no sense.

After the Remodel in 2024 they seem to have forgotten how to make bagels, I was given what can best be discribed as a flavored hamburger bun, no crunch just soft all the way through. I ended up throwing out two of the three because they were so bad.

They also got rid of built in seating and the old style oven, place has no character anymore and feels like a sad corporate environment

First time in 20 years since I've been to a Bruegger's Bagels.
For some reason I remember them being better than they are now.
The Bagel was a little tough and seems smaller.
Don't get me wrong it was still a good bagel sandwich.
They're everything bagel is still quite tasty.
I will be returning maybe it was just a tough batch.

The bagels are great, but I'm making a low score because they are consistently out of the bagels. I like and their excuse is they just got a big rush. I've heard that too many times to believe it. I think it's mismanaged and not run very well what concerns me is that they'll close. I don't want to have to drive into Minneapolis for bagels.

Great place, absolutely great but they just raised their prices, Why, it's probability because they are planning to renovate and you got to keep margins higher, what ever the reason, it hurts Bruggers, I come everyday and now it changed ???

Service was great !! I live 2 hrs away New London. Got there the 2 dozen I ordered weren't ready. The manager gave me a free dozen. I asked for sliced. I got home and couldn't toast any of the bagels without burning . The young man sliced them at the bottom of the bagel . The bottoms were so thin they were falling apart. And the top didn't fit in the toaster . Was so sad. Whenever I go to the cities I make it a point to get brueggers .

I live nearby so this is the closest Bruegger’s to me. I love treating myself to a breakfast sandwich every once in awhile Bruegger's has always been a fav of mine. This location seems to struggle. The staff has always been very nice but the last couple times I ordered my sandwich, it hasn’t been made correctly. Today my cream cheese was forgotten. That’s the best part!

I've had issues in the past but we had resolved them with pickups. What happened to order pickups here? I used to be able to swing through and grab my order and be out the door. Three weekends in a row, I've tried to pickup here for my wife. Three weekends in a row I've had to interrupt a worker to check on my missing order and it hasn't been started yet. One time I had to get my wife to forward the email and wait in line to prove to them it existed (it did). Today after asking about the order they got started and said 5m for the hash browns. I waited ten before asking again and was told...5 minutes again! I watched 20 customers go through the line while I waited and ended up ditching the hash browns.

Absolutely terrible service here all of a sudden. Three strikes in a row, I am asking my wife to pick a different restaurant. Enough is enough
