The workers here are alway so kind. I come in about once a month for my splurge of a breakfast sandwich. Today it came prepared wrong and I didn’t notice that until I got to work. I called and they were so kind and gracious in offering to fix it. They already are my favorite breakfast sandwich but that really took it up a notch. THANK YOU!

Honestly was disappointed in Bruegger’s. Not only did I get the wrong bagel, but they burnt the bottom of it.

The guy at the front register could’ve been less happy to see people. The service was extremely slow. It was like they looked at the screen and then waited a hot second to figure out what was needed to be made.

I will not be returning to this location unfortunately- but hopefully they can make changes better for other customers.

Are they going out of business? Most of the seating is gone and the beverage cooler was nearly empty. It’s a concrete room that hands out bagels with a micron of cream cheese.

It was a busy location, but they got through the line pretty quickly. The bagels my wife and I received were delicious and so good.

The employees were not kind. So much so I cried in my car and then when I went to eat my bagel they looked like this….I paid for extra cream cheese…

Ordered the brisket bagel through the mobile app for pickup and upon getting to work and opening it up was extremely disappointed. The bagel was cold and the meet was uncooked. Tried calling the store, no answer. Have tried multiple times reaching out to Bruegger’s customer service through the contact us page for a refund and no response every time. Would highly recommended choosing a different location and if you have a problem, good luck getting any resolution.

Store is clean and well-run.. New manager at this location, Ian, is friendly and attentive, and he and his staff provided great service when I was there today. This is a huge improvement over former owner and I will be back!

I come here about twice a week and always have a great experience! The GM is always super kind and helpful and I couldn't say enough good things about him!

Horrible. Had to wait 20 mins for a plain bagel with plan cream cheese. Just when I received my order, they didn’t even toast my bagel, no acknowledgement from anyone. So I ended up waiting another 20 mins. 40 mins all around for a plain bagel and plain cream cheese is ridiculous.

Looks like they're going out of business. No salt & pepper packets ,like what ! Dirty atmosphere. I have never seen someone eating inside. 3 bags of 1 kind of chips.;And very skimpy ingredients on the bagel sandwich. For $8 sandwich I would like some salt & pepper packets. I was told tgey never carry them, I thought the bin was just empty & they had some @ the counter. Dissatisfied overall. It used to be a nice place.
