My mocha tasted light on chocolate flavor. I love Caribou, but this is something I run into at a lot of the stores. Sometimes they are downright watery.

I stopped by the Lund's and Byerly's Caribou Coffee location on 12/15/24 which isn't my normal store that I visit. I was pleasantly surprised as to how great the Oat milk Campfire Mocha tasted and how wonderful the staff was that was working. Even though this isn't my normal store, I wouldn't hesitate to visit it again.

It should not take 20min to get a drip coffee. Barista was so slow I ended up leaving. Waited in line for 15 minutes while she made 3 drinks and when I got to the counter she ignored me and proceeded to make an online order. After waiting for 20 min only to be ignored, I walked away. Waste of my lunch break

This caribou is a great place! I don’t order from this location often, but I’m always content when I do. Service is fast, pick-up is efficient, and I’ve never had this location mess up an order. They get it right every time!

Always a little chilly at this Caribou . PLEASE put the Biscotti back on the app menu . It. Really slows down the drive thru line ??
This is actually such a great location! They accept order ahead which is fantastic and the service is always top notch. I came today about 15 minutes before they closed and the person working was so friendly and my drink was killer. I would have understood some hostility due to them clearly getting ready to close but they (young with reddish hair and tattoos) were lovely.
