I always place a mobile order and take to go, so many of the negative reviews are about things I haven't experienced. Every drink I've had has been great, my favorites are half-chocolate white mochas or the bubble tea. Staff seems to be a little short at times, but no one's sitting around not doing anything, so I have no complaints about service time. It's almost always very prompt unless they're packed which isn't controllable if all the staff are working on something, which they are. Staff aren't rude, but not outgoing, either. As someone who worked in customer service positions, I can understand keeping interactions short and sweet, especially if there are 10 people in line, although a smile wouldn't hurt. Could have more maintenance with sweeping, table crumbs, etc. But nothing massive. My go-to location!
