Nice ambiance. Nitro High Rise is best coffee drink. Frozen Matcha bubble drink second personal favorite. Egg sandwiches usually a bit overcooked. Service is very prompt but does not interact with customers.

I've had a great experience with this location. As managers have changed over the years, the store has continuously been solid with only a few minor bumps. Their drinks are consistent and the staff has always been friendly to me. I hope they continue to entice and hire good people. My go to drink from here is a half-dark chocolate mocha and it's usually on point. Great spot right off the freeway. I wish there was more outdoor seating but it's tough at this spot. Also please fix the order pickup signs so there are a few spots for quick pickups. Thanks!

Great location, excellent service and clean dining area. Parking is always a bit tight here but I saw a sign for an additional parking area this time so looks like they’ve addressed it.

got an xl Carmel iced coffee, it was half foam. Service was fast, only two workers do they did well other than the quality of my drink.

5 staff workers not doing anything ignored us for 5 minutes. All standing at the counter on their phones and talking with each other. Completely ignoring customers.

I’m a big caribou fan but anytime I order from this location, I’m disappointed. I decided to give it another chance after a few months, and my latte tasted exactly like burnt plastic. I was able to drink about a 1/4 of it, and had to dump the rest it was so gross.

I was very saddened by this location. No sense of urgency at 7:45am and a line out the door. We waited to order and then waited 7 minutes for a cold press and a cooler.

How can you not love basically a milkshake? So milky, so frothy, so sugary. I think I have a stomachache, but well worth itTurtle mocha: 4/5

I was not impressed. They were polite, but I asked for a large tea with two tea bags and to leave room for ice. I was told two tea bags are standard with a large. I received 1 tea bag filled to the brim. I did not bother to take it back. I dumped the excess in the garbage and cooled it with cream. One restroom had no toilet paper, and the other one had partial rolls sitting above the rollers but not installed. I installed them on the rollers myself. The tea was fine, but the service was fair.

Dirty chairs and floors. Noisy. Wifi drops out and their staff acts helpless. I've been here three or four times, kept thinking it must just be a one off occurrence, but no, it's just routinely mediocre. It's the only walkable coffee shop in the SLP neighborhood though, so they get lots of business by default.
